About this property

The Rural House The Abrigaño and is located in the Arlanza Region, on the banks of the AI, in the municipality of Villalmanzo (2 minutes from Lerma), in a fenced farm to ensure a more intimate environment to enjoy, and surrounded by a rich flora and a multitude of birds that continuously fly over it.
The town has a beautiful church, green areas with barbecue, fountains, playgrounds, sports facilities (football field, soccer, municipal swimming pools, pediment), and services (pharmacy, bakery, butcher, grocer, bars, etc.)

In turn, it gives us:
- A private and fenced parking.
- Two pleasant terraces-gazebo
- A large and sunny garden.
The enclave offers beautiful views, from storks in the nests of "La Torre", to the majestic Parador and Lerma's historic artistic ensemble, passing by the banks of a stream flanked by trees that borders the farm.

Finde con amigos genial

Casa muy amplia, con habitaciones grandes y un baño para cada una. El jardín es muy grande, con barbacoa con carbón y madera. La única pega es que la cocina es un poco pequeña, pero todo lo demás genial

Una casa magnífica

La casa es muy bonita, cómoda, muy bien equipada (tiene un exprimidor impresionante y cafeteras de dos tipos) No le falta de nada. Además de la barbacoa tienen también parrillas y te dan carbon. Ninguna pega en absoluto.

Hola, hemos estado tres familias con niños y nada que objetar. La casa perfecta y el trato de los propietarios ha sido exquisito. No le falta detalle a la casa. Totalmente recomendable

GRAN CASA

Bonita casa muy grande ,bien equipada y limpia, en un pueblo muy tranquilo y muy cerca de Lerma, nuestra estancia coincidio con las Fiestas de Villalmanzo, nos hicieron un lechazo comprado en la carniceria del pueblo y hecho en el horno de la panaderia muy rico, las morcillas y el chorizo también muy buenos, la propietaria muy amable nos dio mucha información para nuestras visitas, la unica pega que estaban arreglando la calle y era un poco incomodo para entrar con los coches y a las 8 ya estasban las maquinas funcionando, por lo demás todo muy bien, la recomiendo.

Simplemente Perfecta

La casa es muy amplia, éramos 5 parejas, y estuvimos muy cómodos. El hecho de que cada dormitorio tenga su propio cuarto de baño es un plus de comodidad y privacidad. Todo muy limpio y nuevo. Las habitaciones muy confortables. La temperatura y la calidad del sueño inmejorables. La cocina no es muy grande, pero es nueva, funcional y tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar, incluyendo un gran rollo de papel de cocina...Muy prácticos los tres cubos para basura orgánica, vidrio y envases... Gran mesa de comedor y una alacena con vasos, copas y vajilla de sobra para tanta gente. El jardin tenía una pinta increible, pero no tuvimos tiempo de disfrutarlo. La situación es inmejorable, muy cerca de la A1, pero sin ruido, en un pueblo pequeño pero con panadería, tienda, bar, farmácia y a 2km de Lerma. Nosotros estuvimo durante la feria de la agricultura, con lo cual era imposible aparcar en Lerma y fuimos y volvimos caminando, un paseo muy agradable. Finalmente mencionar la amabilidad de Sonia, que estuvo en todo momento localizable, y nos hizo muy fácil la estancia. ¡Sin duda volveremos. Ya hemos empezado a recomendarla!
