Simple but fancy, you'ìl be catched by a warm atmosphere once in and you'll be able to get all facilities you need to feel cozy and to enjoy your short or long period in Bologna mostly you'll feel like at home.

Located in the vibrant university area, the oldest in the world, in the heart of the medieval city center, my flat is the perfect spot, as it is just 10 minutes walk from train station "Stazione Centrale", but also just 10 minutes walking distance from "Piazza Maggiore".

/// The Flat

The living room is furnished with a comfy couch and a squared table in the middle which let you free to move around in a large space.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and you won't have to think about buying basic things like salt or olive oil for example.
The bedroom can be set up with a double bed otherwise with 2 single beds but also with 3 single beds. A large wardrobe and a 32-inch Smart TV are included facilities that help you to feel even more cozy.
A bathroom with WC, bidet, bathtub and washing machine complete the flat.

Guests they are free to use the living room, the kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom.
And last but not least washing machine is free of use!

Interaction with guests

Guest can contact me any time during the day if they need support about house facilities or just if they want to receive suggestions and tips about "The red, the fat and the learned" Bologna (and about surrounding areas).

If you need to leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out, just ask, and you'll get the chance to do it for free from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm.
