Cool and comfortable second floor apartment in a renovated historic building. This one bedroom apartment feels like you've stepped into 1963, only with air conditioning, WiFi, and a microwave. The bathroom is spacious, and the bed king sized, and there's a futon for one more person, besides. Mix yourself a cocktail in the fully equipped kitchen and relax in your sitting room; move the communal deck later when the sun is setting. This is the spot for a relaxing escape from the rat race.

I had an amazing and cozy stay here! The view of the surrounding cities is beautiful and the night sky full of stars was so beautiful! I definitely would recommend this stay :)
We enjoyed our stay in comfortable apartment with well appointed kitchen that had everything we needed for cooking,
Great location in quiet Clarksdale. Only request would be for outdoor windows to be cleaned, the apartment inside very clean.
The property manager was always prompt in answering and getting things done. I did forget to answer but I truly appreciated the professionalism. The place was quaint, cute and the perfect size for me and my friend for this girls retreat and only about 30 mins away from Sedona ! Even the downtown area was adorable and this place was so close to other places that we needed up going to like the Tuzigoot ruins, autozone, Walmart, hospital, Safeway and I’m sure much more. Plans had to change a bit because of the snow storm that hit so it was nice being able to spend time here. There even is a cute railroad to watch the trains pass from the shared deck(or straight from our window). Love love love and definitely plan on coming again and only booking here instead of where we did for the first half of our trip in Phoenix

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, listing accuracy
Main street
Deck view of the train and mountain was beautiful. Love cal coffee and pastry merchant in walking distance. Bath water was lukewarm and not strong
Pack light as older buildings have narrow stairs to second level
Water
Lights didn't work, living room tv didn't work, the whole place was tired, worn out, smelly and dirty. The air conditioners needed their filters changed (lights came on in both ac). I almost fell in the shower, because of the very slippery floor (from soaps), not to mention the water was cold even after 10 minutes. This was a tremendous rip-off for what I paid.
The apartment was clean and was what we needed for getting out of the heat. The porches were great for enjoying the cool morning and evening. There was a musty smell in hallway or I’d give 5 stars, but it’s an older building so to be expected. Daniel was responsive to our requests for missing items. Clarkdale and Cottonwood are great so location was wonderful. Thanks for hosting us Daniel!
All the basics in a tasteful mid century decorated apartment. Very clean with a comfy king size bed and modern walk in shower. It's a great base for local exploration and walkable to a couple of good restaurants and a fun bar.
The place is very nice and clean. We were visiting with our older dog which we could not leave for a long time by himself so we were limited with the option what we could do, but the stay was very relaxing and this what we were aiming for. Thank you.
Great spot. Nice and close to several places in clarkdale. Nice kitchen and TVs in both rooms

Had a great time in Cottonwood and Jerome
We had a great time in the small town of Clarkdale and surrounding areas. The lodge is as it appears. Old but updated. Very limited amenities but the bed was comfortable and the unit was nice and clean. Location was ideal with Great access to Old Town Cottonwood and Jerome. Would stay here again.

It’s 1876 with modern comforts! Great Bed!
Old world charm with modern conveniences, WiFi, coffee, big shower. Quiet, relaxing, with a stunning view of Jerome up on the hill at night. Just the getaway I needed!

Absolutely perfect! Clean, quiet and the perfect space for a romantic getaway!
The views from the top deck are beautiful! The room had a great vintage feel but with all the modern amenities we’ve all come to need (microwave and wifi!). It was spotless as well! It’s a quick drive to both Jerome and Sedona so it’s perfect if you’re wanting to go to both places for the weekend. We will definitely be back!

Clean and views off the deck are amazing.
The location was perfect for our needs. Only reason not a 5 is because there were no screens on the windows. Would have liked the opportunity to have windows open during the evenings.
