    Un couac au départ

    L'appartement est vraiment sympa et très bien situé. Le propriétaire en revanche n'a pas du tout communiqué avant mon arrivée et était injoignable pendant la journée. Heureusement que le gardien et Yassine du syndic ont été réactifs et efficaces, un grand merci à eux. L'accompagnement du propriétaire et la communication avec lui est à revoir. Il ne m'a pas communiqué l'adresse quelques jours avant, il ne m'a pas informé de la manière de récupérer les clés, et un occupant était encore dans les lieux. Je n'ai pu prendre possession que vers 21H. Pour le reste, l'appartement est bien équipé, fonctionnel, bien présenté, très bien situé dans la ville et la place de parking en souterrain est un gros plus (mais avec une pente démoniaque pour y accéder...) Je reviendrai avec plaisir mais en m'assurant de la prise de possession.
