Ideal location with automated opening parking. Rena Bianca beach at 430 meters. In the center with all the comforts of the country. Charges included: electricity, water, gas and tourist tax. It is not a B&B but an attic on the 3rd floor, nice, well furnished, recent renovation, 250 liter water tank with autoclave, kitchen, fridge, TV, and cool because it is located in the high area of Santa Teresa, pleasantly ventilated.
