200 m from the sea, side of a road without crossing to access the beach.
On enclosed garden facing south + terrace. In Barbâtre town center, near market and shops.
Equipped for 6 people.
1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 large bedroom for 2 to 4 people (double beds and bunk beds),
1 living room sofa + armchairs and 1 dining room veranda,
Large equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, ..),
shower room with Italian shower, separate toilet, washing machine
1 terrace with garden furniture, deckchair, barbecue
Parking at the back of the house closed by gate
The animals can not stay.
Rentals are per week from Saturday to Saturday with the possibility of leaving a night early or arriving one night later.
Access pinewood, dune and beach, access shops without need of car.
Activity sailing nearby, fishing on foot (passage du Gois 2 km), bike ride (many bike paths), walk in the polder and ski lift Gois 2 km. The rest of the island of Noirmoutier can be visited by car or bicycle or free shuttle bus in summer.

--Ile d'Yeu (1 hour crossing)
-Puy the crazy 70 kms
-La Baule, St Nazaire 80 kms
-The Sands of Olonne 80 kms
