The beautifully remodeled open kitchen has quartz countertops and is fully equipped with everything you need -- G.E. Slate series refrigerator, gas stove/oven, dishwasher and microwave. The large family room has an outstanding view and is open and airy with lots of natural light. Master bedroom has a king bed, cable TV, patio access and it's own private bathroom with quartz countertops & glass enclosed tiled shower. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed with patio access. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds. The guest bathroom also has quartz countertops and tiled shower/tub with glass doors. The condo has ceramic and porcelain tile throughout. The large patio faces the golf course, a beautiful rock fountain feature and the San Jacinto mountains -- enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails watching the sunset over the mountains!
The condo is fully stocked with dishes, cookware/utensils, baking dishes, bed linens, bath towels, pool towels. Other amenities include cable TV with HBO and Showtime (family room and master bedroom), washer & dryer, gas grill and heat & A/C controlled by a NEST thermostat.
The Desert Princess Country Club is a private, gated community with 27 holes of championship golf, 33 heated pools, tennis / pickle ball courts, basketball court, restaurant, fitness facilities and day spa. Located just 5 miles away from downtown Palm Springs and the Palm Springs Airport.
