City of Cathedral City STVR Permit No CODE-STVR-004175-2024. Completely renovated and newly decorated 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo on the Desert Princess Golf Course with mountain views! The beautifully remodeled open kitchen has quartz countertops and is fully equipped with everything you need -- G.E. Slate series refrigerator, gas stove/oven, dishwasher and microwave. The large family room has an outstanding view and is open and airy with lots of natural light. Master bedroom has a king bed, cable TV, patio access and it's own private bathroom with quartz countertops & glass enclosed tiled shower. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed with patio access. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds. The guest bathroom also has quartz countertops and tiled shower/tub with glass doors. The condo has ceramic and porcelain tile throughout. The large patio faces the golf course, a beautiful rock fountain feature and the San Jacinto mountains -- enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails watching the sunset over the mountains!

The condo is fully stocked with dishes, cookware/utensils, baking dishes, bed linens, bath towels, pool towels. Other amenities include cable TV with HBO and Showtime (family room and master bedroom), washer & dryer, gas grill and heat & A/C controlled by a NEST thermostat.

The Desert Princess Country Club is a private, gated community with 27 holes of championship golf, 33 heated pools, tennis / pickle ball courts, basketball court, restaurant, fitness facilities and day spa. Located just 5 miles away from downtown Palm Springs and the Palm Springs Airport.

Amazing stay!

We LOVED staying here. The place was great for our three elementary age kids. The view from the back porch is amazing, the pool and hot tub were great, and the location was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy condo in Cathedral City

We had a lovely stay here. Everything was very clean and the owners were extremely responsive. I have nothing negative to say except they need bigger trash bags. But that should tell you how great the place was if that was the only issue! Would definitely stay again!!
