Good location

This was a nice place in a good neighborhood away from the city center but close to the metro. Good restaurants nearby. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean.

Charming spot clise to the city buzz

Apartment near Park Guell

Apartment conveniently located 2 blocks from Metro. Bakery and market on the same block. Balcony is a very nice plus. Host very responsive to requests for early entry and 1 day extension.

The apartment is modern and very clean. Arne was always reachable and answered to all our questions. Great place for families!

comfortable apt in Barcelona

I stayed here with my daughter and my friend. Having three bedrooms was very comfortable for us here. The apartment was clean and well located. We used the grocery market next door several times, and walked to the metro station a couple blocks away every day. We really liked the Gracia neighborhood - it was cute with many fun stores and restaurants, without being overly touristy. The apartment was comfortable, albeit pretty "no frills." I would stay here again. Thank you.

Great apartment but needs upgrading.

This property was not what we where expecting, its very dated and needing upgrading, the beds are uncomfortable. The location of the property is great, 5 mins walk to Lesseps metro station. Supermarkets are plentiful with 1 min, the building felt very safe, and all other tennants very friendly.

Excellent location

The property was very clean and in a great location. There was easy access to groceries, restaurants, the train station etc. At first glance the apartment seemed a little dated, but somehow it charmed us, and ended up working very well for our group. The three bedrooms each had a storage unit for our clothes. The kitchen was tiny but had all the dishes and things we needed (except a spatula!). The location was not a touristy area, but rather home for the people who live there. It felt very safe and friendly. Our host was very responsive and the booking process went very well.

Ideally located near the Lesseps metro station and very quiet, as it does not overlook the street. The equipment was satisfactory (including a NESPRESSO coffee machine). It is very clean. Remember to bring salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, which are not provided, and yet very useful to cook a pan-fried frozen vegetables. It's a pity (even if it's not very serious). Towels are provided.

Overall, Nice apartment …..good enough, quiet building with a supermarket next door and 2 good bakeries on the same block. Only complaint was the wireless key access system into building and to open apartment. It started failing at 21:30, had to wait 3 hours outside for property manager to arrive. No onsite property manager and had to escalate thru vrbo and local 3rd party to escalate to owner.

Sehr gut gelegene, schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss entfernt von den schönen Plätzen der Altstadt von Gracia, einem sehr netten Stadtteil von Barcelona. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht, wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wände in der Wohnanlage sind allerdings recht dünn.

Localisation parfaite au calme

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à Barcelone dans cet appartement situé proche du parc Guell et à quelques minutes du métro qui dessert le centre ville.(ligne L3) L'appartement donne sur la cour intérieure ce qui évite les nuisances sonores la nuit. Nous avons aussi apprécié le supermarché au pied de l'immeuble. En bref, un très bon séjour en famille.

Appartement très calme, proche commodités, et spacieux, avec garage

A une minute d'une superette bien fournie, trois minutes des métros, mais donnant sur une courette arborée échappant totalement à l'hyperactivité de Barcelone, l'appartement est spacieux, bien conçu, avec trois vraies chambres (plus salon) et deux salles de bain. Le garage est dans l'immeuble, en toute sécurité. Le dialogue avec le responsable est facile (avant-pendant-en fin de séjour), tout était prêt à l'arrivée. Pas francophone mais anglais-castillan-catalan. Avant le voyage, le contact par Abritel est simple et réactif.
