Located in the historic center of Jerez next to the church of San Miguel and 900 meters from City Hall. At 500 meters. Output South Motorway. The house has 2 bedrooms, living room, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped for full use. Airconditioning in Superior. WIFI. Maximum 4 people. The Train and Bus Station is about 800 meters. and the Airport to 13 Kmts. A 11 Kmts is El Puerto de Santa Maria, 24 Kmts. Sanlucar de Barrameda and 33 Kmts. Cadiz, all coastal towns and beaches.

This two-storey apartment, with a lovely terrace and private garage, is situated in the historical town centre of Jerez., next to San Miguel Church and 900 mts. away from the Town Hall. The apartment has two bedrooms, with embedded wardrobes, 2 complete bathrooms (towells included), a fully equiped kitchen, and a living-room. 4 people can sleep in this flat, altogether. Air Aconditioned in second flat.
From its 30 m² terrace (with garden furnitures) you can see beautiful sunsets.
At 11 kmts by highway El Puerto de Santa María with its lovely beaches, and there you can take a small ferry that sails to Cadiz every hour.
In Jerez you should visit its famous Sherry Wine-Cellars, its Cathedral, the Alcazar, its well-known flamenco schools and shows, its shopping pedestrian streets and the wonderful equestrian events in The Royal Academy of Equestrian Art (in the centre of Jerez), as well as La Yeguada del Bocado, 11km away from Jerez, the original birthplace of the Catujano Horses.
If you like popular celebrations, it is a must attending the Motorbike Grand Prix in April and the Horse Feria, celebrated in May.The railway station is nearby and from there you can take trains to go to Sevilla, Cadiz, and even to the Airport which is at 9 Kmts.from Jerez.

A wonderful apartment in a beautiful city

This apartment was perfect for our 4 night stay. It is easy reach from the train station which we took from the airport (10 minute walk). The terrace is the best part with fabulous views and a great sun trap. There was everything that we needed in the apartment, it was all very comfortable and very clean. We would definitely recommend a stay. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful in what to see and do in the area.

Lovely Apartment

This is a lovely apartment only a 10 minute stroll to the town centre. The terrace is superb with far ranging views and has the sun all day as it faces south. Parking is great as there is a space in the underground car park. Ezekiel and Issy were very welcoming, showing us around the apartment and the way in to town. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Very nice apartment

Very nice apartment with large sunny terrace. In an area of good tapas and flamenco bars. Wi fi in apartment. Close to town centre. Jerez is handy for visiting other places. We visited Seville, Cadiz, Sanlucar, Chipiona and Valdagrama. Also owners live in apartment next door if any help required.

Two week stay

The apartment was fairly convenient to the city centre (less than 10 minute walk). It was as advertised in the photographs, though the kitchen is smaller than you might expect. Sadly, the area around the apartment is quite dirty with garbage and dog droppings… not the fault of the apartment owner, obviously, but it affected our impression of the area. Our contact, Pablo, was most excellent. Readily available with helpful information and answers to questions.

Well equipped apartment with fabulous terrace and views

We spent a week here in May 2017 during the feria. Location wise it is very central but at the same time quiet. The area has lots of local tapas bars and a grocery shop within 5 minutes walk. The apartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable. We have travelled a lot and this is one of the best equipped apartments we have ever stayed in - sharp knives, ample crockery, two hair dryers! Although were were only two, it would work well for two couples as there is a bathroom and bedroom on each floor. What makes this place though is the fabulous terrace with views out of the city and the absolutely charming and helpful hosts - Elizabeth and Ezequiel. We hope to return.

Great location, well-equiped place! Just like home!

I must start with how nice and responsive the owners are! When we got lost finding the apartment, E. came to rescue us! Really service beyond the call of duty. This has been the best supplied short term rental in all of Spain! The kitchen is stocked with EVERYTHING you need & things you don't need. The place feels like a real home, lots of towels, etc. And the terrace is lovely! The photos are an accurate representation - not always true. The location is close to everything you would want to see in Jeréz de la Frontera! And don't miss a sherry tasting & tour at Bodegas Tradición. First rate! Book ahead. We highly recommend staying here while in Jeréz de la Frontera. Easy side trips to Cádiz (35 min. by train) & 1 hour by car to Vejer de la Frontera. Thanks, E and I for making our stay so pleasant!

Wonderful Week

We just spent a week in Jerez on vacation and really enjoyed our time. Ezekiel and Isabel made sure that we had everything (and more) that we needed. He even put in extra stair rails when I told him I had a walking disability. The apartment location made it easy for us to see the sight of Jerez and to do day trips to areas outside the city. The terrace was where we spent almost all our time when we were relaxing after a busy day. The views were wonderful. Parking was a little bit of a trial with the large car we had rented, but we found that in all the garages we entered in Spain. A smaller car would have made the maneuvering unnecessary. Their personal touches made the apartment very homey. We were able to ale our vacation exactly what we wanted. Great apartment for adults and families. Richard

spacious apartment with fabulous hosts

I'm from Canada, I met my English friend at Heathrow and we spent the whole month of January 2016 in this Jerez apartment. The apartment is very modern, tastefully decorated, lots of room, and we were very comfortable. Being a full two bedroom apartment the rooms are all a good size with lots of closet space. The kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and one of the bedrooms are on the first level; up the stairs is another bedroom, full bathroom, and a beautiful terrace … where you can see for miles. Each room is equipped with all amenities and the kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to make snacks to full course meals. Its centrally located, and a 10 minute easy walk from the train/bus station. We felt very safe in both the apartment and neighbourhood. Many attractions (local flamenco, horses, several sherry bodegas, shopping, groceries, restaurants, the market, cafes, tapas bars, beautiful old churches and architecture) are within walking distance and we were given street maps with walking routes by the owner. There’s also lots of information available in the apartment about where to go and what to see. I walked for miles just exploring the historic downtown and never got tired of finding new places, stopping for a quick cerveza or sherry with tapas. Taxis are inexpensive and frequent. We took the train to several places (Cadiz, Cordoba, Malaga, and Grenada) and it’s very easy to travel around. Not speaking Spanish was difficult sometimes but we managed quite well in the end. The owners are wonderful hosts and live next door. They were very generous and most helpful with everything ….. I’d left my camera charger at home and Ezequiel was kind enough to source one out and get it for me. As well my travel partner had some medical issues and they were very concerned and a great help getting things sorted out. Thank you Ezequiel and Isa for the wonderful time. Super schönes Appartement

Wir können uns den vorherigen Bewertungen nur anschließen: das Maisonette-Appartement ist wunderschön, super sauber und enthält alles (!) was man während einer Reise benötigt. Die Lage ist sehr verkehrsgünstig am Rande der Altstadt. Das Wohngebäude, im Patio-Stil, ist extrem gut gesichert, dito die Tiefgarage (man sollte aber wirklich sehr gut einparken können, wir empfehlen ein kleines Auto). Die Vermieter wohnen neben an und sind sehr diskret, freundlich und mega hilfsbereit. Vielen herzlichen Dank liebe Isabel und lieber Ezequiel, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ha sido una estancia muy agradable. Todo perfecto. Los propietarios super atentos y muy amables. La casa tiene de todo lo necesario, no le falta detalle. Recomiendo este alojamiento 100%

Inmejorable

Nuestra estancia ha sido inmejorable. La casa se encontraba en una situación estupenda para ir andando al centro, muy cómoda y limpia y con una maravillosa terraza. Ezequiel e Isabel muchas gracias por vuestra cordialidad y atención. La estancia no ha podido ser mejor. Esperamos volver el año que viene

Descansar en la ciudad

Nos ha parecido bastante ruidosa la carretera que pasa justo a las afueras de la ciudad y justo debajo del bloque. Ahora si, el aire que soplaba en la terraza a partir de las 9 de la noche era muy agradable. Lástima el ruido casi incesante del tráfico urbano.

Jerez et ses environs nous ont beaucoup plu.

La location était top . Tres propre très agréable avec son petit plus la terrasse bien agréable tout en étant en ville pour pouvoir accéder à tout a pied Accueil très sympa des propriétaires. Nous recommandons vivement . Merci à Isa et Eziquel.
