Lovely house in the heart of Bandol vineyards
The Clos Lucé is a charming residence, with refined and functional decoration, located in a landscaped park of more than 3000 m2, with secure swimming pool (alarm + a barrier has been recently installed, not appearing on the older photos) , shading and sun, quiet, between vineyards and forest. Its position is dominant and has a beautiful view of the valley and the villages of La Cadiere d'Azur and Castellet. The house has a large living room-kitchen, 3 bedrooms, two with shower, a lovely veranda, a fitness room, a bathroom with toilet and a separate extra toilet upstairs. Terraces on the ground floor and upstairs. Large floral garden with lawn and beautiful trees.
