Very nice big property with somewhat dated charm.

Nice neighbourhood. A bit outside the tourist area. Charm with a bit of scratch and dent that one expects in a vintage property. Showers were not great - small and very hard to manoeuvre. Wifi was not reliable. Access to bedrooms may not work for some. Garbage removal was complex.

Spacious and in need of TLC

The apartment is very spacious with multiple rooms. The owner/management should definitely update the bathrooms and kitchen. The ceilings are peeling and deteriorating. The neighborhood was quiet and in a good location and the management company was quick to respond to our questions. If they invest in repairing the showers/ bathrooms/ kitchen then this place can be a lot more attractive.

Nahe Metro, wenige Stufen: geeignet für Mobilitäts eingeschränkte Menschen. Sehr freundliches Agenturpersonal, schöne Wohnung mit z.T. originalen Azulejos und Einrichtungsgegenständen. Zwei Bäder (WCs jeweils darin) sind etwas knapp bemessen, als Familie konnten wir uns organisieren.
