Casale il Baronetto is an historic building dating from the late 18th century, carefully restored using original recycled materials found on site. The Casale is in a panoramic position on Piano San Vincenzo and discover magnificent views of the Gran Sasso and the hills of Teramo.The two vacation apartments are annexed to the main building and are well equipped. They include: a double bedroom, a bathroom,a kitchenette and a living room with double deck bed. In both apartments can sleep up to 4 people, is accessed by a separate entrance and has a car park. They have a spacious terrace. in the outdoor area are available barbecue, relax zone, a little pool and children's playground. Breakfast included . The renewable energy plants, the rational use of resources, recycling, and the self-production of food, make the stay at Casale il Baronetto become a holiday completely sustainable and that the guest will not leave any mark at their departure, except that its memory
