About this property

The apartment "Los Rosales" of 25m2 has an independent entrance, it is a diaphanous room with kitchen equipped with utensils, double bed, sofa, TV, DVD, small dining area and bathroom with shower.
It has internet connection, parking area, different garden areas, 2 barbecues, a small wooden pool 1.20 high by 3.5 in diameter, open in July and August. We also have different animals such as swans, turtles, pony ....

We are 30km from Bilbao and 45km from Vitoria.

The Rincón de Aiara Rural Apartments are located in a beautiful hamlet called Mendieta, in a neighborhood with the same name, in Menagarai-small town belonging to the municipality and to the Aiara / Ayala-gang. It was built in the early 18th century.

The apartments are designed to go with them with family or friends to enjoy the stay in a place full of nature and close to various urban centers of some relevance, allowing at the same time to be inside and outside the "civilization".

Una estancia agradable

Nos gustó el apartamento Los Rosales, aunque echamos en falta luz natural: apenas llegaba porque cuenta solo con unas pequeñas ventanas en el recibidor alejadas de la habitación. Además, el apartamento se encuentra en zona baja y las ventanas dan al paso de la gente, por lo que si abríamos había poca intimidad. No obstante, el entorno es acogedor y la estancia ha sido agradable.

Sitio muy bonito aunque mejorable.

El apartamento muy bonito y cómodo. Algunos aspectos se pueden mejorar, en la estancia principal poca luz artificial ( bombillas de pocos watios) y en alguna zona más de la casa. La cocina bien equipada aunque echamos en falta el horno (no pudimos calentar unas simples pizzas). Algunas cosas necesitan un repaso: la puerta de la nevera, una guía del lavavajillas, un enchufe roto...pero en general la estancia ha sido muy agradable.

Encantador

Un lugar totalmente recomendable, el trato de los propietarios excelente y familiar. Rincón de Aiara, es un lugar maravilloso para desconectar y estar en contacto con la naturaleza, está muy cerca de las ciudades de Bilbao y Vitoria. Nosotros estuvimos en el apartamento "Los Avellanos" un apartamento acogedor, la cama muy cómoda, el cuarto de baño ... una maravilla. Gracias Karmentxu por toda la atención, ha sido un placer conoceros. Volveremos sin lugar a dudas. Un abrazo Rosa y Salva

Para volvel

Hemos estado 12 días en "La acacia". El apartamento es precioso, las dependencias amplias, todo como vimos por internet, no falta de nada y los dueños son un encanto, sobre todo con los niños, mis hijos han terminado encantados con Jose Mª y Mentxu. Se lo han pasado genial paseando al poni y jugando con la perra pastora aleman que tienen. En cuanto al sitio es maravilloso, cerca de todo y excelente para descansar después de un día viendo lugares interesantes, o de ralizar alguna ruta a pie. Sin dudarlo, lo recomiendo a todo persona que quiera pasar unas buenas vacaciones. Gracias Mentxu, gracias José Mª por las tardes que habeís dado a mis tres hijos. AGUR.
