Nestled on a quiet street yet just a 5-minute walk from the city center, Villa Busdorf is ideally located near supermarkets, boutiques, cafés, and public transport.

We provide fresh bed linen, soft towels, and all the basic essentials to make your stay comfortable.

Please note: As we’re in a historic part of town, there is no on-site parking. However, several parking garages are just a 5-minute walk away, and free public parking is available within a 10-minute walk.

Perfect location!!

We were traveling from another country, and didn’t speak the language. It was also our first international trip, so there was a lot to figure out. The host of this property was so helpful and answered all of my many questions before our trip. She made great local suggestions about bakeries and places to eat when we arrived late. She was wonderful. I felt very comfortable in the home and loved the location! We were able to walk everywhere and there’s even a bus stop right around the corner (which we used to get to the train station on the day we left.) I highly suggest staying here!

Ein schönes geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Objekt in zentraler Lage. Leider gab es Probleme mit der Sauberkeit. In Anbetracht der Tatsache, dass es keinen Parkplatz, keine Spülmaschine und kein Radio gibt, ist der Mietpreis überhöht.

What makes this property unique

The house itself is heritage-protected, with records dating back to the 1750s. It has been in our family for five generations, and we are proud to be its current custodians—restoring it with love and attention to detail.

Traditional Fachwerk homes were built using natural materials, and being surrounded by majestic old trees, the house breathes fresh air throughout the day, creating a restful atmosphere and supporting quality sleep.

For families, we offer a baby cot, high chair, and other essentials free of charge.

Das Haus selbst steht unter Denkmalschutz, mit Aufzeichnungen, die bis in die 1750er-Jahre zurückreichen. Es ist seit fünf Generationen in Familienbesitz, und wir sind stolz darauf, die heutigen Hüter dieses besonderen Ortes zu sein – den wir mit viel Liebe zum Detail restaurieren.

Traditionelle Fachwerkhäuser wurden aus natürlichen Materialien gebaut. Umgeben von alten, majestätischen Bäumen atmet das Haus den ganzen Tag über frische Luft, was eine erholsame Atmosphäre schafft und einen guten Schlaf fördert.

Für Familien stellen wir kostenlos ein Babybett, einen Hochstuhl und weiteres Zubehör zur Verfügung.
