Making part of the Ta Monita estate ( with pool access*) Luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Seaview and Port View apartment, the Apartment is located in the heart of idyllic fisherman town of Marsascala offering stunning sea view from its 2 balconies and living space, furnished with high finishing you will a fully fitted kitchen (Dishwasher cooker, fridge, freezer, espresso machine) a dining and living room space with Satellite TV, the master bedroom offer a queen size bed with a in suite bathroom ( Shower) and satellite TV next door the guest bedroom fitted with 2 twin beds that can be converted in to a (queen-size). This room also features a sat TV, Of course a full size bathroom is provided for the guest ( Bathtub with Shower). The apartment is fully airconditioned and has a washer and a dryer, smoking is allowed on the Balconies only.

The Property is located in the heart of Marsascala offering access to the estate pool* and only a 2-minute walk away to the idyllic port area where you will find nice small restaurant and bars convenience store, or you might consider fresh produce from Fisherman and farmers.

For those wanting to discover the Island the bus to Valletta is available every 30 min The Airport, Valletta, the Golf club and many other attractions are less then 30 Min away. For those looking for the beach St Thomas bay can be reached in a few minutes by car or scooter ( 20 Min walk).
* Pool is open from June until end of Sept ( access fee will be at the discretion of guest)

Immer wieder gerne
Wir haben diese eine kurze Woche in der schönen Wohnung sehr genossen und wären gerne länger geblieben. Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts, selbst Kleinigkeiten, an die man im ersten Moment nicht denkt, sind vorhanden. Lage der Wohnung mitten im Ort, wir hatten Glück den jeden Abend war eine Veranstaltung. Großes Kompliment an Rony und an Glorianne, die uns sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen hat. Danke und wir kommen gerne wieder.

A beautiful apartment in a quiet location
This wonderful apartment is located in the very quiet and out of the way town of Marsascala. The bright and spacious apartment was very clean and extremely well stocked. The communications with the owner was superb. On arrival we were met by the lovely Glorianne (the manager) who was super kind and very helpful. We spent a wonderful four days in the apartment and wish that we could’ve stayed longer!

Superb Accommodation
We had a fantastic stay at Ta Monita. The accommodation was really comfortable and clean with great views over Marsaskala harbour. The host was very helpful and we hope to return in the future.

Hier war es einfach perfekt, herzliche Begrüßung, Erfrischungen und Snacks waren für uns schon bereit gestellt, Insgesamt Gastfreundschaft auf allerhöchsten Niveau. Die Wohnung großzügig und modern. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen wieder.

Five stars is not enough
This is a brilliant apartment and who needs the TVs when there are spectacular views. The owners have paid great attention to detail for guests with fruit and flowers to welcome us. The local Property Manager was extremely helpful in all respects, even checking that all was OK with us part way through our stay. Having visited Marsascala for over 40 years this is THE apartment to which we hope to return.

Why they chose this property

of course the choice of your second home is very personal but we carefully selected this apartment because it offered us all what we where looking for. Authentic Maltese large village offering all facilities in walking distance, Open sea view ( we love the sea), reliable constructor and good maintenance of the complex ( the complex is a Tumas property and they have the best reputation on the Island). The communal pool was of course the cherry on the cake.

What makes this property unique

As we are using frequently you will find that it will offer quite a few more amenities then the standard holiday apartment, due to the nature of our business the apartment is maintained cleaned and managed in order to make sure that you will feel home as soon as you enter and that your holiday becomes an unforgettable and hopefully return and use it again ( as many of our guest)
