LIVING ROOM

The living room, very bright and spacious, has a large window that allows you to enjoy the panorama below. It is furnished with two armchairs, a sofa and a wooden dining table. In front of the large window there is a long brick fireplace where there is a 40 "TV where you can watch your favorite TV programs.

TINELLO AND KITCHEN

The dining room and kitchen are characterized by a wooden parquet. The kitchen features a dishwasher, a kettle and an espresso machine.

TERRACE

The 40-square-meter terrace extends almost the entire perimeter of the house. It overlooks the Val di Chiana below and is perfect for eating or sipping a glass of wine while admiring the beauty of the plain and the Tuscan hills.

ROOMS

Going up a few wooden steps you reach the first floor where there are three of the four bedrooms of the Villa. The first is a bedroom with a double bed equipped with a wardrobe and a vintage wooden desk. The second bedroom has two single beds with wardrobe and antique wooden chest of drawers. The last room on the floor, from which you can enjoy the panorama of the surrounding valley, is double and has a console in black glass and walnut wood. The fourth bedroom is located in the attic of the house and is equipped with a double bed in wrought iron, a desk and a wooden wardrobe. It also has a small terrace where you can relax in the sun.

BATHROOMS

The bathrooms of the Villa are three. Two are located on the first floor next to the three bedrooms and one is located in the attic. Two have a shower and one with a bathtub that can also be used as a shower. In addition, the 3 bathrooms have all the necessary comforts to make you feel at home.
