About this property

This tastefully decorated 4 bedroom newly built Cape vacation home is privately situated between Perch Pond of Wellfleet and Great Pond of Truro. It is located on the ocean side and is 1/2 mile to the Truro border, within minutes of Ocean Drive and the ponds. It is light and bright with an open floor plan, a fireplace and cathedral ceilings in the living room. The adjacent dining area opens to the brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and custom cabinets. Enter the large sun room off the dining area through glass-paned french doors, where a breakfast table and futon are there for your enjoyment.

The over-sized deck can be accessed from the sun room at one end or the living room at the other. Adjacent to the deck (at the sunroom end) is a new spacious outdoor shower landscaped with a walkway and seating.

The first-floor master bedroom has a sumptuous queen bed, with en suite full bath. An additional half-bath with washer/dryer is just off the entryway. Each of two of the spacious upstairs bedrooms have twin beds. The third upstairs bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed. There is a full shared bathroom upstairs.
This is a HYPO-ALLERGENIC NEW HOUSE- ALL rooms have Hardwood Floors and NO wall to wall carpeting. We are environmentally conscious and use cleaning products that are as well.

Garbage bin and recycling bin MUST be brought to CURBSIDE. Garbage pickup is 2x/week. Instructions on refrigerator for pickup days.

Great stay in Wellfleet

We had a quiet and relaxing week at this home. Wellfleet is great and has easy to access ocean beaches, bay beaches and ponds. We enjoyed the drive in and the Audubon sanctuary and visits to Ptown. The house was very clean and well laid out with new systems and was very comfortable for our family. Thanks so much to the owners for a great week!

Awesome stay!

We had a very good time. The house is very well equipped and lovely decorated. It's located in a quiet area. The kids loved the playroom with all the board games. We found lovely beaches and nice walks within 15 mn drive. We made the best of our stay despite the bad weather. We discovered a wilder part of Cape cod and we loved it! This change of air and scenery was very welcome! Pat is nice and very responsive. Thank you!
