QUIET – SECLUDED – WATER VIEW. **All twin beds will be NEW FOR 2025*** This roomy split-level house is nestled in a very private, secluded area surrounded by woods, near Indian Neck Beach in Wellfleet. The upper level has a bright, open floor plan with spectacular water views of Blackfish Creek from the living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. This upper level also has a full bath and bedroom with a queen bed. You have access to the spacious deck by sliders from the living area, the bedroom and kitchen. The lower level offers 4 bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds and a separate TV seating area with a double futon and with sliders to the back yard. There is a mini-split climate unit in the living room. The enclosed outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the quiet neighborhood association beach, just a few minutes away. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.

Great vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great 2 weeks with family! The house was spotless when we got there and had plenty of room for our 9 family members to spread out. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed to cook and grill at home. The view from the deck was absolutely breathtaking and we loved being a quick walk to the neighborhood beach for sunsets and walks. The downstairs doesn’t have AC but was cool and breezy while we were there, though it was in the seventies for our trip so I can’t speak for warmer temps.

Glad to be home sleeping in our own beds!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented for 2 weeks with different groups of 10 each week, including children, teens, and adults. Everyone complained beds in lower floor were rock hard. Plus lower floor was terribly hot, even with fans. Also laundry room on lower floor reeked of mold, which was addressed by rental agent. I had cough and respiratory wheezing which only worsened in house, was better on beach and in restaurants. Another guest with asthma had to constantly use his inhaler. The ad for rental stated no animals allowed, yet short white hairs were on couch, rug in bedroom, and under bed! ( Not noted until I looked under bed when leaving. ). It seemed house was not cleaned before we arrived at 7 pm. Jelly smears on table, debris in frig produce bins, sand on floors n rugs, and 2 bags of linens(?) which remained on porch all week. We did not have a good vacation as house was dirty and uncomfortably hot. I have been coming to Wellfleet for 35 years, and this was one of worse vacation stays we have had. Do not stay here if you have respiratory problems. Perhaps house owners could buy mattress toppers and a chaise lounge for the porch, and make sure house is clean before renting it out.

Hi Rosemary, Thank you for taking the time for sharing your experience in Wellfleet. We were happy to address your concerns and callouts regarding the laundry room. It looks like you stayed from 7/6-7/20 yet our records show the service call was not placed until the 15th, which we addressed in the same day and thank you for giving our team 5 stars. We do recommend as stated in the welcome packet and agreement to let us know at once with any callouts so you can have the best time on the Cape. This would include any cleaning issues such as the callouts of sand, or food stains on premise in this review. If an error or oversight occurred, we would have made sure the cleaners would have been there as soon as possible. Also, we are so glad to hear you have been able to access the laundry as traditionally that has been kept for owner use(as this property is not marketed offering a washer and dryer) in a closed room in the basement. Aside from cleaning the room, we ensured a dehumidifier was installed in that room to control the moisture. We will be sure to share this with the homeowner about everything you shared and do hope to have the opportunity to host your groups again. -DM
