Why Martin de SWARTE chose La Bouverie
Wanting to keep this house for my own account and after a bad experience of long term rentals, I decided to make it available to guests during the summer, which allows me to overcome the costs involved.
What makes this Villa unique
Located in a beautiful area a few kilometers from the sea, this house is particularly suitable for families and couples with children, the garden and the pool is especially nice in the summer sun. The furniture is new and functional, with no frills but also suitable for children and groups of friends looking to enjoy the benefits of the summer, in a pleasant setting close to shopping while staying far enough from the center to protect its tranquility.
