This central accommodation is a studio that has a complete bathroom with a shower screen. American style kitchen area and bedroom with double bed.

-Kitchen: fully equipped, has a 2-burner Vitro, microwave, refrigerator and washing machine. Kitchen cabinets and furniture as well as appliances.
-Living room: dining table and 2 chairs, a reading chair.

Located in a commercial area with all services at hand and unbeatable public transport communication (Metro and Buses), close to restaurants, shops, theaters, supermarkets and shops in general. You can walk to Puerta del Sol, Plaza del Callao and La Gran Vía.

We want to inform you that the entrance time to the apartment is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., after 8:00 p.m. you must pay a cash surcharge of €10 upon arrival if your arrival is during business hours. 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., €15 if it is from 10:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and €20 if it is from 11:00 p.m. The maximum entry time to the property is until 1:00 a.m.

Please let us know your arrival time as close as possible so we can coordinate the delivery of keys and access to the apartment. If your arrival at the property is after the time indicated by you, you must wait for the availability of the collaborator since we do not have a 24-hour reception, but rather we are tourist accommodations and we work with prior planning for the delivery of all the apartments, everything adapted to the situation due to COVID-19.

Departure from the apartment must be before 11:00 a.m.

The people to stay must comply with the official bulletin of the community of Madrid regarding the COVID-19 situation in order to enjoy the stays.

We remind you that smoking is prohibited on the property.

Pets are not allowed.

Parties or events are not allowed.

The Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security of March 30, 2015 regulates this activity and requires a series of essential requirements to comply with the law. Registration is mandatory for all travelers over 14 years of age. This will be done by completing a form called the Entry part, which must conform to the model established in the Annex to Order INT/1922/2003 (in this case the manual registration or the Chekin app). The data collected in these parts must also be transmitted to the police within 24 hours after Check-in.
