Estancia último fin de semana de octubre

Como apartamento turístico, ausencia de mapa o información de interés de la ciudad. Limpieza de baño y cocina correcta. El suelo del apartamento estaba muy sucio, dabas 10 pasos y te quedaban los pies negros. Ese finde empezó a refrescar en Madrid: la cama estaba bien vestida, pero no se disponía de ropa de abrigo para el sofá cama. Le preguntamos al chico sobre cómo calentar el apartamento y no nos indico el funcionamiento de la bomba de calor (nos dijo que con la ropa de cama era suficiente, no es cierto para el sofá cama). Ante la falta de calefacción y el frío en el ambiente, finalmente encontramos el termostato del aparato (quedaba oculto tras la puerta descolgada de la cocina) y pudimos utilizar el aparato para calentar el apartamento. Falta de mantenimiento evidente: no hay tiradores en el armario ropero y cuesta abrir, no funcionan persianas, puerta cocina descolgada, congelador nevera lleno de hielo, reemplazar vajilla que se va rompiendo. Ubicación buena para llegar al centro y estación Atocha.
