Nice congress apartment - Center

Comfortable apartment, decorated to detail, with excellent location (Palacio de Congresos) and parking in the same building. In addition the airport bus stop is 3 minutes walk.

An ideal place both to visit Granada, being located in the center of the city, and to visit Sierra Nevada and Alpujarra due to its rapid communication with the highway, without problems of fines.

The apartment is located in a pleasant 5th floor (attic) with direct lift from the parking lot. The windows open to the garden area of the urbanization, practically without traffic, so that there is no noise at night.

The interior space has been decorated in detail, resulting in a harmonious atmosphere that allows you to rest comfortably after a day of sightseeing.

It has all the necessary services for a pleasant stay, with AACC, Central heating, towels and sheets, hairdryer, WIFI, large and complete kitchen, a large living room and television.

Its location makes it an excellent place to enjoy Granada, allowing you to walk to the main attractions of the city, art galleries, traditional commerce, restaurants and bars where you can enjoy tapas and good food and at the same time, to great commercial areas and the Health Campus.

Very well located aprtment

Carmen apartment is very well situated and has the comodities necessary for a great cultural holidays. We walked to the city historical center, went by bus to Alhambra, loved the proximitu to the Parque de las ciências. The children park nearby was great for my girls to play at night. I recomend this apartment.

Wonderful apartment in the heart of it all!

This apartment was perfect for the 3 of us. It was extremely clean and well appointed. Paco, the care taker, was a big help and provided underground parking in the building (at an additional charge, of course). I highly recommend this place if you're in Granada versus hotels. The owner was easy to work with and very accommodating. Excellent in all ways!

Very comfortable stay

This apartment had everything we needed and more. The language differences were solved through translation apps so no big problems ensued. Carmen was very proactive in her communication. The advice we would give is, if you intend to use the parking space assigned, to rent a car as small as possible. The parking spaces are extremely narrow but doable. Plenty of bars and restaurants within 7-8 minutes walk. We can recommend! Thanks Carmen

Soggiorno di 3 notti con amici fantastico! L'appartamento è spazioso e pulito, dista circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro (molto comodo) e offre la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto nel garage privato con un supplemento. La zona congressuale è tranquilla, fuori dal caos della città ma molto comoda per immettersi nelle strade principali. La proprietaria Carmen e il portinaio Paco ci hanno assistiti all'arrivo e alla partenza con molta gentilezza. Davvero consigliato!!

L'appartement est très agréable, tout est prévu pour un séjour confortable (literie, canapé,...) et est joliment décoré. La propriétaire est à l'écoute et très arrangeante.

Accueil sympathique par Paco et Carmen. Quarter tranquille près des points d’interêt. Un peu compliqué à trouver pour le taxi au départ : se prendre à l’avance.
