VILLA MANRESANA. Pleasant manor house dating from 1919, renovated in 1986, decorated and refurbished in 2009. Located in the center of Catalunya, in the region of La Segarra between the towns of Sant Ramon and Manresana.
It has 1 double bedroom and 1 toilet on the first floor, 2 double rooms, 1 triple room, 1 double room, 1 extra bed, 2 sofa beds and 2 full bathrooms. There are 8 single beds and a double bed is all in a space with a full bathroom in the garden there are 2 toilets.
Located in a very quiet and well communicated area, the house was acquired some time ago to be destined to quality rural tourism, since the wide interior and exterior spaces and the careful decoration between the modern and the classic will make Villa Manresana a place desired by many tourists who leave the cities for a few days of rest in this rural area that offers endless possibilities: routes, excursions, walks through the cereal fields, etc.

It rests in a wide landscaped space, swimming pool with outdoor jacuzzi not heated parking area, picnic, old large corral equipped kitchen, fireplace, 2 teles with large screen, large table sofas with air conditioning, reserved from the cold and heat, with much charm and rusticity, very apt to taste the meats, fish and vegetables that the existing barbecue provides them.

Lovely!

This property had renovations that had taken longer than expected so Rosa kindly moved our booking to Puig de Vallferosa. It was lovely and spacious and we had a lovely time. Amazing views and great facilities. Could have done with a bit more air conditioning for us brits that are not used to the heat though!

La casa esta super bonita y es enorme, el jacuzzi es espectacular y en general todo esta nuevo, recien reformado y muy limpio, todos los cuartos con baño e incluso hay un ascensor para quien tenga alguna persona con discapacidad, es excelente!

cap de setmana genial amb amics

Vam estar el passat cap de setmana a la masia i tot va ser perfecte. Era el regal a uns amics que es casen en unes setmanes i voliem fer una despedida tots junts. Teniem dubtes pq les fotos es veien genials i no sabiem si potser hi aniriem amb masses espectatives xo finalmnt no ens vam ekivocar. Els espais compartits com piscina, cuina, bbq són perfectes i amb la Rosa vam parlar per acondicionar les habitacions x a tots i no vam tenir cap problema. És totalmnt recomanable i qualsevol cosa la Rosa estarà a la vostra disposició x ajudar.

Me encanta ir de casa rural con un grupo de amigos, y sinceramente es de lo mejorcito que hemos visto. Limpio, cálido, bonito,... Decorado con un gusto exquisito y una relación calidad-precio inmejorable!El trato es excepcional,familiar, acogedor y con una amabilitat extraordinaria.Nosotros aún no tenemos hijos, pero creo que también es ideal para familias con niños pequeños! Hemos pasado un fin de semana genial toda la familia,la casa es realmente espectacular ,fuimos 21 personas ,adultos ,jovenes ,pequeños y las mascotas y todos hemos disfrutado. Rosa (que es un encanto) tiene la casa muy bien acondicionada,el jardin ,la sala de juegos y el antiguo pajar ahora la sala familiar ,con su chimenea ,cocina y una gran mesa para poder estar todos juntos.Lastima no haber podido disfrutar de la piscina ,pero eso lo intentaremos solucionar en la proxima primavera o verano

Impresionante fin de semana.....

Hemos pasado un fin de semana espectacular. Para repetir,...seguro. Fuimos 22 personas, entre ellos 9 niños.El espacio para todos perfecto,los niños se lo pasarón en grande.... eso nos lo hizo pasar mejor a sus padres y abuelos. El unico inconveniente, que no nos hizo buen tiempo. Pero aun asi, los niños disfrutraron en la casa, con el ping-pong, futbolin,escondite,...y otros. Los padres pudimos disfrutar hablando, cosa dificil, otras veces por el espacio. La dueña, tiene todo los detalles en la casa, realmente, no nos hacia falta mas que la comida. Ademas con todo su detalle de bienvenida. Nosostros fuimos en familia, pero con amigos tambien hubiera sido perfecto. El lugar precioso, amplio exterior e interior. Lo recomiendo 10 veces. Agradecerle a la Sra. Rosa todos sus detalles, y recomendarselo a todo el mundo.

El pasado mes de julio hicimos un encuentro familiar con abuelos y niños . Era dificil encontrar una casa donde pudieramos estar todos sin que nos estorbáramos a la vez. Me habian recomendado esta casa por como estan distribuidos todos sus espacios y, realmente fue un éxito, lo pasamos todos, sin excepcion , muy bien, "cosa dificil en un encuentro familiar... " Tenemos intencion de volver pero, en plan grupo de amigos. La piscina es ideal si tienes niños . En realidad todo el espacio exterior es perfecto. La propietaria, por cierto encantadora, nos comentó que incluso la han alquilado para celebrar eventos.

perfecta!! una experiencia inolvidable!!

Fuimos un par de días para desconectar, antes de volver al trabajo. El trato fue excelente, está en un entorno envidiable, el jardín es precioso, bien cuidado y toda la casa está llena de detalles ideales, que demuestran el buen gusto y la predisposición de Rosa, su dueña, de que te sientas como en tu propia casa. Los niños disfrutaron muchísimo del exterior , de la piscina...y cómo no de la zona de juegos de futbolín y ping-pong. Además está en un pueblo muy tranquilo, pero muy cerquita de los castillos de la zona, y de pueblecitos encantandores. Os la recomiendo, sin duda!!!
