The apartment was fabulous, in an ideal location with plenty of space. The photos don't do it justice to be honest. The beds were comfy, plenty of wardrobe space and a lovely open plan kitchen / lounge area which felt really homely. Everything is literally on the doorstep, with a supermarket directly opposite which has all you need, and only a short walk away is the harbour / pine walk and plenty of bars and restaurants. Communication was prompt and we were able to check out a little later which was great as we had a late flight home. If you're driving here parking may be an issue, especially in high season, however, we parked fairly easily as it was out of season. The blue bays are no longer enforced at any time now just for info. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and can't recommend it enough. We'll definitely book again when coming back to the area.

Lovely, spacious apartment in a fabulous location that is hard to beat. We were in Puerto Pollenca on a cycling trip, the outside space is perfect for bike storage and the stairs are no trouble at all. We will be booking again!

Great apartment ideal location

Great apartment in central location. 5 mins to beach, bars and restuarants. This was our 2nd stay and it is a lovely place. Steep stairs up but worth the effort ! The owner came by to ask if everything was ok. Nice touch.

We booked this apartment for 8 nights but had to leave after the first night due to an unsafe electrical issue in the unit. Communication with the host was difficult.

Wonderful location and apartment.

This was a wonderful apartment just seconds away from the sea front, shops and the Marina. Lovely and spacious inside and everything you'd need for a wonderful time away. Only issue we kept encountering was the lack of/existence of hot water. Contacted property manager who was very quick to respond and try to sort which we are very thankful for. We'll definitely want to stay here again. Thank you.

lovely & simple

Lovely apartment, simple but more than sufficient fittings (the master bed, however, might soon need a new mattress) within walking distance of the port. Great location for hikers and bikers (no storeroom, though, for bikes). Steep staircase to flat -- but who does not need a little incentive to keep fit?

Bei Ankunft war die Gastgeberin nicht anwesend, der Schlüssel war in einer Box beim Eingang (Code). Sie kam später nur kurz vorbei zwecks Ausweiskopien. Check-Out ebenso.Positiv: Super Lage direkt im Zentrum, alle Versorgungs-möglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Geräumige Wohnung insauberem Zustand. Heizen war problemlos, da in allen drei Zimmern Klimaanlage vorhanden.Nachts sehr ruhig.Nicht ganz so gut:Sehr enger Zugang über eine schmale Treppe. Aussicht zur Straße und auf die Hinterhöfe nicht so toll. Das Bad war sauber, aber ziemlich "old fashioned", die Einrichtung könnte mal erneuert werden.Allgemein muss noch erwähnt werden dass die Parkplatzsuche nicht ganz einfach war.Ansonsten haben wir uns wohl gefühlt.

Esta fue la segunda vez que nos alojamos aquí. El apartamento es espacioso, muy limpio y bien equipado y está en el centro de Port de Pollensa. Quizás solo el colchón de la cama matrimonial necesitaría ser cambiado porque al dormir se sienten los muelles. Por lo general, la estancia fue muy agradable y nos encontramos super a gusto.

Beaucoup de positif :Emplacement parfait à 50m de la digue, magasins et restos sur place.Grandes pièces, les chambres ne sont pas côté rue donc trés calme. Les fenêtres ont des vollets, parfait pour dormir.Lits confortables. La cuisine pas de soucis, des couverts et des casseroles sont neufs.Les - : la douche mériterait une rénovation L'eau chaude etait parfois un peu tiède, en février pas simple, en été pas grave.Un petit kit d accueil avec des produits d'entretien serait un plus.Stationnement : faisable en fev, ça doit être très compliqué en été.
