WELCOME TO LA QUINTOU, RUSTIC HOLIDAY HOUSE ON THE BORDER OF THE LOT AND DORDOGNE

Our very comfortable gite, renovated with love and craftsmanship, traditionally a traditionally built 'pierre' barn, is ideally suited for two people who want to enjoy peace, space, privacy and nature. The silence is still audible here, the healthy air is noticeable, the woods and fields with all colors green, brown, yellow - depending on the season - visible from the three terraces on three sides of the easily accessible, ground floor gite. The luxurious gite has a complete kitchen with oven, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher, electric cooker, kettle, coffee maker, TV and wifi. In addition, there are comfortable new beds of 2.00 by 1.80 m (as desired 2.00 by 90), a separate toilet and bathroom with walk-in shower and sink.
Right next to the gite there is a private parking lot so that loading and unloading luggage and shopping is very easy. Through the spacious patio doors you can step onto the south terrace.

Because peace, quiet and nature are also very important to us, we have designed the light and modern gite especially for two people (although the space is more than 80 m2). We also deliberately do not have a swimming pool, but there is, for example, on three sides of the detached gite the disposal of a terrace of which you have a great view of green hills and forests. With some patience and happiness, you will spot deer, wild boar, foxes and badgers. Buzzers, kites and falcons can be seen regularly on a regular basis.
