Kardinali house is a two storey mezzanine above the ground floor (Kotsifali) and can accommodate up to 4 guests. On the lower floor (first floor) there is the living room with a traditionally build fireplace and a sofa bed which sleeps two guests as well as a stone built sofa which sleeps one guest. On the same level there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for six and the bathroom (shower/wc). The breakfast area is also on the same level and is furnished with a large wooden table, two wooden benches and beautiful views. Upstairs, there is a large bedroom with a double iron-made bed and a furnished terrace with two sun-beds and spectacular panoramic views.
Accommodates 2 in bedroom and 2 in sofa area, total 4 guests.
House with Air conditioning, living n dining area, fully equipped kitchen, rooms with balcony.
The house has a TV and WiFi 50Mbps. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower bath tab.
Change linen and towels, cleaning and housekeeping every 3/4 days.
Free Parking on site. Bar, garden, barbecue, and pool are shared.
There is a large yard in frond of the suites with a bar and a large pool (kids pool also) into a garden with grass, bushes, trees, and flowers Those are shared with guests of Kotsifali and Roditis suites.
The owner family, staying in one of the suites (Moschato), is available for help 24/7.
Breakfast of local ingredients can be served in the room and is optional, 12 euro, and not included in the rental price. Pantelis or Mary, delivers on your terrace a basket with bread and fresh croissants, kinds of pies or homemade cookies, Coffee, tea, butter, marmalade, honey, eggs, but also fruit and garden vegetables, olive oil, raki and house wine.

Strofilias history:
Strofilia villas & suites came after the renovation of the 18th century Cretan stone mansion build by the Sapounakis family. The renovations were carried out by skilled local stonemasons and carpenters using traditional techniques and materials.
After the renovation, modern amenities were added.
The Sapounakis family has lived in Sellia for centuries and are active in wine making, traditional farming, and the production of cheese and olive oil. They are well known for their warmth attitude and their hospitality.
The mansion includes the family's traditional wine press and their collection of vintage farm tools.

These are the three houses named after the wine names we produce:
Kotsifali house is located on the ground floor. The living/dining room has two sofa beds. In the same area is located a large and fully equipped kitchen. The house has a large bathroom with a bubble bathtub and a washing machine. The two bedrooms, one with a double bed & another with 2 single beds and can accommodate 4 guests (plus one in the sofa). Both bedrooms are overlooking a furnished private garden. In this apartment, there is air conditioning in the living room. There is no fireplace.
Accommodates 4 in bedrooms (1D, 2S) and 2 in sofa living area, total 6 guests.

Roditis is a cozy studio. Two guests can be accommodated in a nice bedroom area with a double bed and a fireplace just next to it. You can prepare your meals in a convenient, fully equipped kitchen and enjoy them either in the indoor dining table or outside, in a stone built sofa in front of the house. Accommodates 2 in bedroom.
