Very quiet neighbour on a private beach

Property was clean and as per.photos. one concern is did not inform us of all the rules (no cooking seafood in the condo) prior to booking which would have had us not book there. Also language barrier can be an issue if you dont speak french. To note this area shuts the water off at 10pm till 6am every morning which can be a concern if you need to use water or bathroom at night
