About this property

Modern villa with 5 double bedrooms, spectacular sea views with architecture of straight lines and open spaces located in the urbanization of Roca Llisa, where the only golf course on the island is located.
The property is divided into 2 units; Main house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en suite) and a toilet. Large living room with modern equipped kitchen and living room.
From the living room we access the pool terrace equipped with sun loungers and outdoor furniture and a few meters away we have an apartment with an independent entrance to the main house with 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower and lounge. On the upper floor there is another bedroom which is accessed by an external staircase. This bedroom will remain closed as it is not available for rent. Parking for 2 cars.
Wonderful views of the sea, luminosity, tranquility and lots of sun are some of the qualities that stand out in this fabulous villa.
