Newly built apartment with 150mt of the beach in a building consisting of 12 units with swimming pool and parking space.
The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed in the living room, two terraces one of which is habitable, a bathroom with a shower tray 80x120 and a small laundry with washing machine.
Brand new kitchen with induction hob, microwave oven and dishwasher. The living room with kitchenette overlooks a terrace to be able to make a colazone or lunch outside with a view of the pool.
