Getting to the second floor, we find both bedrooms, one with a double bed of 1.35 x 1.90 and the other with two beds of 0.90 x 2.00. On the same floor there is a complete bathroom. Going up some stairs from the second floor you access the private terrace, with a first area with a small table and two chairs, perfect for a glass of wine, and another area with two sun loungers to enjoy the sun of Seville.

Lope de Rueda street is one of the most beautiful streets in the Santa Cruz neighborhood, where you can enjoy the pure essence of the city: small narrow streets and white houses, balconies with geraniums and historic corners that seem to transport you more than 1000 years in time.

In the area there are numerous restaurants, tapas bars and small shops to serve guests. You can enjoy a few meters from the apartment, the best cuisine in Seville and Andalusia.

*During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
