Two of the bedrooms have a double bed of 1.80 x 2.00 metres, another one has two single beds of 0.90 x 2.00, and there is a fourth which has a trundle bed of 0.90 x 2.00 each.

The apartment can accommodate up to 8 people. The dining room is independent of the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is large, with approximately 15 m2 and is fully equipped with everything you need, specially for families travelling with babies.

It has 3 full bathrooms, modern and functional.

The location of the apartment is unique, being located in the area with the best restaurants and shopping area of the city, very close to the luxury shops. In addition there are supermarkets and small food stores close by.

The most important monuments such the Cathedral, the Giralda, and the Alcázar, are also a few minutes walking.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
