A new, detached villa on three levels, with stunning views overlooking a lagoon on the Atlantic Ocean. The property is equipped to the highest standards, with a 10x4m outdoor pool, landscaped gardens, gym, play area, fruit trees, BBQ, wood burner, table tennis, kayaks, bikes.
The villa is in a wonderful position which catches the sun all day and only a few minutes walk to the lagoon and its beaches, and a 5 minute drive to ocean beaches. There are 4 bedrooms all with spacious en-suites and a separate bathroom. All bedrooms lead to a large covered terrace and pool area with seating and sun loungers. The kitchen is modern with all high quality equipment and a wine cooler, with access to another large terrace.
A fine location for relaxing and exploring the beautiful coastline with a range of activities - surfing, sailing, kayaking, windsurfing, cycling, jogging, horse riding, historical sites and many more. Ideal for a family holiday.

Beautiful location and house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay the house was top notch and very roamy for a family of nine adults grounds were spectacular. We loved the local town Foz de Arelha had what you required and had great chicken restaurant. Thank you very much we totally enjoyed your beautiful house hooe to come again .

wunderschöne Villa in bester Lage mit Meerblick

Der Aufenthalt war großartig die Villa ist wunderschön und man hat viel Platz. Schade war, dass die Heizung nicht gingwir hatten Regen, und es war kalt. Der Pool ist auch nicht warm genug, um im Mai darin zu schwimmen, da das Wetter einfach nicht mitgespielt hat. Der Garten ist ein Traum und überall sind Lounges, wo man sitzen kann. Man hat viele Möglichkeiten, draußen zu sitzen und zu essenes ist toll, dass es zu jedem Zimmer ein Badezimmer gibt. Das eine Badezimmer roch nach Abfluss. Und in dem anderen Zimmer war kein Schrank trotzdem ist es großartig und unbedingt empfehlenswert und fünf Sterne wert. wir waren eine Meditations Gruppe und haben Qigong am Meer gemacht, und es gab genug Möglichkeiten, auch bei einer Gruppenreise Rückzug zu haben, durch die Größe des AnwesensWir sind dankbar für diese Zeit in der schönen Villa der Atlantik ist in der Nähe und auch die Lage an der Lagune ist toll und von der Terrasse kann man beim Essen auf die Lagune blicken

Schönes Haus an der Lagune

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön mit Aussicht auf die Lagune mit einem schönen Pool in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft. Das Haus ist sehr gut unterhalten und war sehr sauber. Nur die Küchenausstattung hätte noch etwas besser sein können.

Beautiful large home

My party and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the house is beautiful and provides all imaginable amenities, except it does not have A/C. The listing showed A/C and so when we contacted the property manager we were provided fans the very same day and as well given a credit for compensation. This house does not disappoint!
