Rosendahl is located in a rural location, in a small village with about 10 houses.
The house is from the 19th century. Rosendahl has retained much of the charm of the century, but at the same time has what a modern family needs. Scale cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine etc. On the veranda you can see the landscape and the many fruit trees of the garden. There is also a well in the garden, but it is not used. The car is parked inside the courtyard. There is a bus stop about 700 m from the house.

The nearest resort is Timmernabben alt Ålem. It is about 1 km to the sea, the Baltic Sea. Here you will find swimming pools, mini golf, pizzeria. It is about 2 km to the store. There are many forest paths around the house and there are bicycles to borrow. Kalmar is located about 40 km south of Rosendahl. From Kalmar goes the Öland Bridge. Oskarshamn is located about 40 km north of the house. Nybro and the glass kingdom are also about 40 km from Rosendal. Mönsterås is about 1o km from the house. Pataholm is also about 10 km from Rosendahl. Ålem and the Alsterån river are about 2 km from the house.

Recension avseende boende på Rosendahl, Ingamåla.

Det luktade svartmögel främst i stora sovrummet samt var unken lukt i hela stugan. Detta märktes på kvällen/natten då fönster och dörrar hade stängts. Många mycket personliga ägodelar såsom bla fotografier på olika personer satt på väggarna. Värden på plats hade åsikter om att vi kom i dyra sportbilar som det uttrycktes samt var bitter över att det var mycket jobb att sköta boendet. Vi upplevde inte att bemötandet var i positiv anda som vi brukar få på alla andra boenden som vi haft genom åren. Det var 1,4 kilometer till badstranden vilket inte enligt vår bedömning är ”nära”. Sen stod det att det fanns tillgång till pool vilket det inte gjorde. Det fanns inte heller cyklar till oss boende till förfogande som det stod. Bra uteplats.
