A pearl by the sea !

Cozy summer cottage by the sea for rent ten kilometers north of Borgholm at Kalmarsund. Quiet and child friendly location. Perfect place to wind down and disconnect. 150 meters to the sea and fantastic sea views with wonderful sunsets. Kitchen, bedroom, living room with fireplace & TV, combustion toilet inside as well as an hot water outdoor shower booth. Fence or hedge around the plot on a 750 square meter lawn and a iron gate to the village street. In the tool shed there are div. utensils such as barbecues and loungers which may be used if required.

Ölandstips.

Vi har haft en underbar vecka. Varit runt pĂ„ hela Öland. Sett mycket vackert. Boendet var mysigt med fantastisk utsikt. TĂ€mligen slitet, dock. Bra för vĂ„ra hundar med inhĂ€gnad trĂ€dgĂ„rd. Vi Ă€r mycket nöjda.

Prima locatie, inrichting gedateerd, buiten niet schoon

Het huis is schitterend gelegen met een prachtig uitzicht op zee. De foto's van de buitenkant zijn van lang geleden. Binnen was het schoon maar de meubels zijn gedateerd. Alle kasten waren vol, zowel in de slaapkamer als in de keuken. In de adv staat: 2 slaapkamers + bedbank woonkamer. Er was echter maar 1 slaapkamer en ook geen 2 persoons bed. Terras en ramen erg vies.

Slidt, gammelt lidt primitivt hus med meget fin udsigt

Ejeren (Kjell) var meget venlig og hurtig til at svare pĂ„ spĂžrgsmĂ„l. Huset har en god glas veranda med udsigt over havet mod vest. Det giver fine solnedgange. Vandrere skal vĂŠre opmĂŠrksomme pĂ„, at man skal kĂžre et stykke for at komme til naturparker med gode vandreruter. Huset er gammelt og slidt, hvilket gĂžr det svĂŠrt at vurdere rengĂžringen. Vinduerne binder. Selvom Kjell medsender vejledning til forbrĂŠndingstoalettet, var det tydeligt, at det ikke var blevet korrekt tĂžmt og rengjort, da vi ankom. Det er ogsĂ„ lidt besvĂŠrligt ved afgang, idet toalettet skal vĂŠre koldt, nĂ„r det rengĂžres. Da forbrĂŠndingen kan tage op til 1 1/2 time, kan det vĂŠre vanskeligt at nĂ„ rengĂžringen, hvis nogen skal pĂ„ toilettet den morgen, hvor der er afgang. Gulvet i kĂžkkenet fĂžles som om det er flĂŠkket/i stykker og lyder ligesĂ„dan. De fĂžrste tre dage vi var i huset, flyttede vi en del insekter udenfor. En stor skovsnegl fra toilettet den fĂžrste dag (det er ekstra svĂŠrt at rengĂžre snegleslim) samt en god del grĂŠshopper. De fĂžrste to nĂŠtter hĂžrte vi dem ‘pippe’ i stuen om natten. Plus selvfĂžlgelig lidt edderkopper. Vi havde egne puder og dyner med. Det vil jeg anbefale. HĂ„ndvasken er adskildt fra sovevĂŠrelset med et gardin. Der er dĂžr ud til toilettet. Toilet og sovevĂŠrelse deler vĂŠg, sĂ„ hvis toilettet bruges, nĂ„r man skal sove, hĂžres der en summen fra toilettet indtil forbrĂŠndingen er slut. Der er ingen lugt fra toilettet indendĂžre, men mens forbrĂŠndingen pĂ„gĂ„r kan man lugte rĂžg i haven.

Naturnah, tolle Umgebung

Das HĂ€uschen liegt an einer Kuhweide, die Ostsee ist in greifbarer NĂ€he. Baden geht ganz in der NĂ€he, Borgholm ist 10 Autominuten entfernt und unbedingt sehenswert. FahrrĂ€der wĂ€ren toll, denn es gibt gute Radwege. Einen Toaster und ein Geschirrhandtuch wĂ€ren auch toll. BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher muss man auch mitbringen, die gibt es nicht im Objekt. Ansonsten ein Kleinod und Öland ist eine Reise wert. Der Preis im Juni war klasse und wir lieben es auch, mal ohne Luxus zu reisen.

Enkel stuga precis som vi ville ha det. LÀget var det absolut bÀsta. Inte riktigt kul med uteduschen men ok. Vi saknade en brödrost och övre hyllan i kylskÄpet som inte fanns. Vi skulle mycket vÀl kunna tÀnka oss att ÄtervÀnda.

Das Haus ist sehr zentral fĂŒr AusflĂŒge um Öland zu erkunden. Leider kein direkter Zugang zum Meer. Im Garten genĂŒgend Platz fĂŒr unseren Hund. Die Außendusche und die Verbrennungstoilette etwas gewöhnun gsbedĂŒrftig. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt.
