“La Era del Rio” is a rural rental house integrated in a 2,000 square meter farm that borders the Curueño river trout, with crystal clear waters and continuous plant bordura. The meadow, since time immemorial, was used for grazing, traditionally known in the town as "The era of the river." It is located at the foot of a mountainous formation that protects it from the cold winds of the north looking for orientation to the sun, taking advantage of it throughout the day. The entrance to the farm is next to the medieval bridge that saves the river and serves as an entrance to the town. In front of the farm, 30 meters away, there is a Roman road that leads to the ruins of the medieval fort of Montuerto (600 meters approx.) Communicating in turn with the neighboring town of Nocedo de Curueño (1,100 meters away approx.) From the Roman road you can enjoy magnificent panoramic views of the surrounding area. The house is of recent construction, rustic style, highlighting the use of typical materials of the area such as stone, wood and forge, characterized by respect for the environment and traditional architectural typology and its adaptation to the environment. Given the particular climatic characteristics of the area, low temperatures during the winter season, the construction has been prepared for this purpose, with thick walls being built that include high performance insulation and double glazed windows and insulating chamber. This offers greater warmth and protection in winter as well as coolness in summer. It has a constructed area of 145 square meters of housing and 9 meters of covered terrace. It has large windows and consists of two floors with three double bedrooms - one of them on the ground floor - two bathrooms - one on the ground floor - dining room, kitchen, living room, living room, backyard and covered front porch . Outside, it has barbecue, tables and benches, sun beds and sun loungers, trees, river and garden. From the house and garden you enjoy magnificent views. As for the equipment and technical requirements required for use as a rural rental house, the house complies with the provisions of the Order of October 27, 1995 of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism, developing Decree 84/1995 of May 11 of rural tourism management.

Hemos estado muy agusto en la casa, aprovechando de la terraza y jardín, a la orilla del rio. Bien ubicada para hacer escapadas por la montaña leonesa.

puente dia del padre
Unas amigas y yo pasamos el puente del día del padre en esta acogedora casita rural. Todo fue estupendo, los dueños son muy majos y atentos ayudándonos en todo. La casa está totalmente equipada y no le falta de nada.
Además del entorno de la propia finca, es un sitio muy acertado para los aficionados del esqui. Nosotras aprovechamos para ir a la estación de San Isidro que está a 50 minutos en coche.
En definitiva fue una grata experiencia, tanto es así que pensamos repetir en verano para poder disfrutar plenamente del sitio.

PRECIOSA CASA
Cuatro amigos pasamos una semana fantástica en esta preciosa casa. La casa es nueva y tiene todo lo necesario para estar a gusto unos días. Cómoda, limpia, tranquila, respetando el entorno, pero a la vez moderna. El paraje es muy bonito, rodeada de montañas y al lado de un río, y se pueden dar buenos paseos sin tener que cojer el coche. A los dueños no los vimos, solamente al padre que vino el primer y último día, pero tampoco nos hizo falta contactar con ellos durante la estancia, pues la casa está equipada con todo lo necesario. En definitiva, que se la recomendamos a todo el mundo para ir en grupo, familia o de cualquier otra forma. Un saludo

No podía haber sido mejor...
La verdad es que todo lo que puedo decir es bueno.
Cuando llegamos Victor y Claudia nos cautivaron con su amabilidad, dos personas maravillosas y súper amables, muy detallistas. Nos dijeron sitios para visitar que la verdad nos sorprendieron como la Cascada Cola de Caballo o la Ruta del Castillo.
El entorno de lo mas bonito, todo rodeado de peñas increíblemente afiladas, un río en el jardín de la casa al que escuchar y en el que bañarse... de lo mas idílico.
Y de la casa que puedo decir... que es muy pero que muy bonita y es la casa rural que más limpia he visto en todos mi años de alquileres.
Victor y Claudia mil gracias por hacer que gente que vive en la ciudad pueda disfrutar tan a lo bestia de la naturaleza y de la tranquilidad.
