El Nacimiento cottage, DUPLEX for 11 people

Between the Municipality of Pontones and the source of the Segura River, apart from any indication of overcrowding and where the rural maintains its concept, is the village of Fuente Segura de Abajo. Here, next to the river, is the Rural House "El Nacimiento".

It is a comprehensive rehabilitation action on an old house adapting it to the level of demand required for a tourist exploitation. Do not forget fundamental aspects such as integration with the environment and adaptation to disabled people.

The house has three floors; The ground floor with independent access from the river bank, can be used in conjunction with the upper floors for the case of large groups, or on the contrary, independently since it has a complete program consisting of bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and lounge, all adapted for people with disabilities. The first and second floors form a duplex with five bedrooms, a multipurpose room, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a large dining room recently built. In addition, for the duplex, we have a patio located next to the river Segura, in the back, conditioned with barbecue and seating area, protected from the rigors of summer with a lush forest composed of nogueras and almond trees.
