Fully equipped, consists of kitchen-dining room in which it is conserved (after its restoration) a traditional wood oven, 3 comfortable rooms with individual bathroom, one of them fully adapted to handicapped people, hórreo, ample parking, playground, etc, ...

Located in an incomparable environment, in the village of Pendia (council of Boal), Asturian West, heart of the Navia Historical Park, which among other things stands out for its location in the mountains but only 30 min. of the Cantabrian coast, where you can enjoy its beaches, its unbeatable views and where to practice water sports, etc.

The council of Boal is ideal for leisure activities such as hiking, hunting, fishing, horseback riding, mountain biking, definitely the perfect environment to enjoy nature in its purest state, without forgetting its excellent gastronomy and its cultural legacy .

Our house is designed to be the perfect refuge in a few days of rest with the family or in the company of friends.

Just 500 meters from one of the most important Celtic towns in Asturias, Castro de Pendia.

Perfecto!!

La casa esta perfecta, cada habitacion tiene su baño. La terraza debajo del horreo , entorno precioso. Por supuesto la amabilidad de los padres de Javier. No se puede poner ninguna pega.

Una Semana Santa perfecta

Esta semana santa fuimos nosotros con nuestra hija y un grupo de amigos a la casa, el entorno espectacular con el río, el castro, la tranquilidad, el ganado, Boal y Navia a un paso. La casa preciosa, bien distribuida, habitaciones grandes, cada una con su baño propio, la cocina/salón grande acogedor, todo en buen uso, la terraza bajo el hórreo genial, amplio aparcamiento. El trato con Javier espectacular, siempre atento, tanto él como su familia. Sin duda en un futuro repetiremos. Un saludo

Estupendo sitio para una escapada en fin de semana.

Hemos estado un fin de semana 6 personas en la casa El LLombo de Pendia.EL trato de los propietarios, su disponibilidad, atención y amabilidad absolutos. La casa deliciosa y el entorno impresionante. No se puede pedir más. Gracias y volveremos en cuanto podamos.

Estancia maravillosa. Para repetir

Mejor que mejor! Sin duda, para repetir

Mi familia y yo hemos estado pasando una semana en octubre. Buscaba algo preparado para poder ir tranquilamente con mi hermano, en silla de ruedas, para pasar nuestras vacaciones en Asturias. Fue la primera casa que vi cuando empecé a buscar y me llamo la atencion. Despues de buscar y rebuscar me decidi por ella. Y la principal razón fue, que en las fotos de ella, se veia el baño adaptado! Llego el esperado dia y llegamos a la casa! Las habitaciones muy amplias, cada una con su baño y una perfectamente adaptada para discapacitados. La cocina muy bien equipada y en conjunto con el salon-comedor, perfecto para pasar un buen rato todos juntos. Sin duda una casa especialmente recomendable para personas con movilidad reducida! Ha sido una semana estupenda. Hemos tenido un tiempo buenisimo. El trato con Ana, Fernando y Javier ha sido maravilloso, una familia muy acogedora, acorde a la casa. Gracias por la semana que hemos pasado. Un saludo desde Zarautz
