Why they chose this property
This Place is "Party City Sosua". There's so many restaurants, bars and pubs, plus more... that you only need to choose where you want to hang out for the night. Supermarket, banks, casino and the beaches (Playa Sosua and Playa Casa Marina) are walking distance from the condo. No need to rent a car to travel locally. Plenty of shopping, clubs, tourist attractions (Ocean World, Twenty Waterfalls, Monkey Jungle, Snorkeling and much more) for which bus tours are available. The Playero SuperMarket is at a walking distance, if you feel like cooking at the Condo. Very friendly and safe neighborhood to hang out. Police (aka Politur) offered 24 hrs on the street by the town. If you feel more adventurous, Cabarate is just 15-20 minutes from the Condo on a taxi ride. Go see the Malecon and tourist around Puerto Plata City. Condo is four miles from POP airport. Airport pick up is available for a small fee. Free Parking on site available.
