It is an old drydock rehabilitated with love at the entrance of the town.
It is in a quiet area with easy access, with private parking.
Very close to all the activities of the town giving a nice and short walk.
The house is built on four floors. On the lower floor, a living room with direct access to the kitchen, a bathroom and a double bedroom; on the top floor, we find 2 bedrooms; one of them with two beds and bathroom, and another of them with a double bed and bathroom.
At the top, a nice terrace between the roofs.
