The house was lovely. The area is very remote and it would have been handy to have a book with details of nearest village/restaurant/shop etc and details about the house ie. where the outside lights/pool lights are. The house does not have air conditioning as stated but an air freshener system via the floor. Despite this the house was a nice temperature even though it was 40 degrees outside. The house could do with a little TLC ie new sunbeds etc. The hosts were excellent with great communication. We had a few minor issues which were sorted very quickly.

La casa en apariencia general instaba muy bien, pero la piscina no estuvo en condiciones de uso en toda el fin de semana; el agua estaba verde cuando llegamos y no mejoró en ningún momento a pesar del tratamiento de cloro (debería haberse aplicado días antes de la instancia y con vigilancia diaria para pasar limpiafondos, control de pH, etc.); un problema que lamentablemente no tenía solución durante la estancia.La nevera, a pesar de estar encendida, no funcionó correctamente hasta la salida; no era un problema de carga de compra, sino que necesitaba de varios días para su puesta a punto (en conclusión, se debería reemplazar el aparato por uno más moderno que funcione plenamente); al menos, este problema tuvo solución y nos pudieron habilitar una segunda nevera en otra edificación que evito que se echara a perder la carne para la barbacoa En linea general, con un poco más desentendimiento el alojamiento puede ser muy bueno, ya que la climatización es una pasada, muy agradable la temperatura con el sistema de aerotermia y ventiladores de techo. Camas muy cómodas.Pero al final, cuando se alquila un alojamiento en verano, en plena ola de calor, no poder usar la piscina es una decepción

Maison très agréable mais pas assez entretenue

Nous avons passé 3 semaines à Monte Higueras en août 2023. Maison bien située, face aux vignes dans un environnement très calme. Bonne conception et équipements, avec un système de géothermie qui conserve la fraîcheur, moins efficace dans les chambres. Vraiment dommage que l'entretien ne soit pas à la hauteur : mauvaises herbes dans le jardin, jonché de détritus plastiques dans un coin, fermetures des baies vitrées et un volet roulant cassés dans la maison, ainsi que le pare-douche baignoire et 2 poignées de porte. Piscine très agréable et spacieuse. Sur les 3 semaines, pas de soucis avec les mouches et guêpes les 2 premières, mais impossible de prendre les repas à l'extérieur la dernière semaine du fait de l'invasion de mouches. Maison assez épargnée des insectes grâce aux moustiquaires. Dans l'ensemble, avis mitigé car malgré l'accueil très efficace et sympathique, la location serait bien plus agréable si elle était mieux entretenue.

Una estancia increíble

Fui con mis amigos después de acabar los exámenes para relajarnos unos días y fue simplemente espectacular. Los dueños muy simpáticos y siempre pendientes de nosotros. Un lugar increíble

Muy buena ubicación, con unas vistas inmejorables en plena naturaleza. La casa cuenta con todo lo que se puede desear y todas las comodidades necesarias, además la propietaria fue muy amable y la comunicación con ella de lo más fácil y cercana preocupándose por que todo estuviese a nuestro gusto. Punto muy positivo para la espectacular piscina y el jardín, que hace que la estancia sea muy agradable. Si tenemos ocasión, volveremos sin duda alguna.

La casa es preciosa e increíblemente bien equipada. Tiene de todo. Viene acompañada por un entorno de cuento pues se encuentra perdida entre viñedos. Las vistas son increíbles! Lugar excepcional, sobre todo para ir con la familia, niños o amigos. La Casa y terreno super cuidado y muy bonito. Si lo que quieres es relax y disfrutar de los tuyos, es el lugar ideal. Repetiremos seguro cuando más calor (Verano), porque nos hemos quedado con las ganas de probar la piscina.
