Très bon séjour
Accueil super du propriétaire et très rare, il y a des fournitures comme du liquide vaisselle, sopalin, gel douche ... bon sauf la lessive mais il y a tout ! 😋
Par contre, problème de réglage d'eau chaude et d'eau froide ... J'ai toujours pas compris comment on prend une douche ?!?
Et denier point, l'appartement est très agréable mais il y a un problème d'odeur à l'extérieur qui le matin ou le soir rend malheureusement l'utilisation de la terrasse presque impossible ... quel dommage !!!

Hola,
Siento lo de la ducha, pero nadie se ha quejado al respecto, lo revisaremos.
Por otro lado el olor es de una fábrica de tratamiento de harinas con animales, está a 2km como mínimo de nuestra casa, muy esporádicamente en Balaguer se huele el olor desagradable de dicha fábrica pero no es algo abitual, siento mucho que en vuestra estancia haya sido con olor desagradable, la empresa está más que denunciada, es algo que nosotros podamos controlar, pero no es muy habitual que se huela mal el ambiente.
Por nuestra parte dejasteis todo perfecto,
Siempre seréis bienvenidos.

Fantástica
Hemos pasado dos noches en Ca la Josefa con motivo de una celebración familiar en Balaguer, y la experiencia ha sido perfecta. Desde la comunicación con Joan Carles, que contestaba a todos los mensajes con mucha rapidez, a los detalles: la cuna de viaje, las magdalenas y las cápsulas de café, el agua en la nevera... nos dio además muchas indicaciones y mapas para hacer actividades por la zona, supermercados, excursiones...
La casa es espectacular, como muestran las fotos. Grande, espaciosa, luminosa y limpia, moderna y con todo lo que necesitas para estar unos días en familia o amigos. Usamos la barbacoa de noche, se estaba divino en la terraza! También dispone de juegos varios para disfrutar en la sobremesa o tras la cena. Las camas cómodas, buenos colchones. Y Balaguer es muy bonita, así que si volvemos a Balaguer, sin duda intentaremos volver a Ca la Josefa!!

ILUMINADA
La casa tiene mucha luz natural, la cocina totalmente equipada y además cuenta con una terraza para hacer barbacoas con suficiente espacio para ocho personas. Las habitaciones son amplias y hay dos baños completos. Buena calefacción. El trato con el propietario correcto.
Balaguer cuenta con una plaza en el casco antiguo bonita, lo que no ha gustado del casco viejo es que hay unas calles con las casas muy deterioradas, una lástima. Lo más llamativo es el rio con su orilla y la muralla, por ella puedes pasear ya que tiene accesos por varios sitios y unas excelentes vistas.
