Cottage "Villa Parchis" for 12 people
Nice town house in the municipality of Motilleja in the heart of the Manchuela region. It is a house of typical rural construction dating from the end of the s. XIX restored and fully equipped with rustic atmosphere and careful decoration. Equipped with the highest quality distinction by Tourism in Castilla La Mancha (three ears).
The house has:
The ground floor.
Full kitchen. (oven, hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kitchenware etc.)
Large dining room with fireplace, living room, reading table or games etc.
Bathroom
Porch terrace.
On the first floor there are three bedroom suites with a double bed and in the anteroom sofa bed and TV.
This floor also has a full bathroom.
Outside there is a barbecue area, swimming pool with saline chlorinator, garden areas and a large porch.
We also have parking for 2-3 vehicles, wood for barbecue and beer tap.
