Welcome to Casa Minitas 20, a luxury villa with an infinity pool

This luxury 7200 square foot ocean front villa offers a unique private resort experience with a full staff ready to pamper you every minute of your stay. It consists of the main house that sleeps 10, a gazebo, a pool and heated Jacuzzi, and a large parking area plus a staff of six to meet all your needs. The villa is set in a beautiful tropical garden and once inside all your senses will be awakened. The villa is five minutes from the Marina and a 10-15 minute walk, or 3 minutes by golf cart, to the private beach, Playa Minitas. It is also not far from Altos de Chavon.
The social areas consist of a large indoor living room that opens up to a covered veranda with three different sitting areas where you can enjoy the views, read or have cocktails prepared and served by our professional staff. The exterior dining area on the terrace, with views of the garden and ocean, has two tables for eight people each. The table in the gazebo can be brought in if needed and can then sit 24. The gazebo can also be used for dining al fresco, playing cards, having tea, etc. There is a bathroom below the gazebo that serves the pool area.
All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, air conditioning, cable television, with both national and international channels; telephone for calling within the villa to both staff and other guest rooms, walk in closet and safe. The master suite and one other bedroom have king size beds, the others have two queen size beds in each bedroom. All bathrooms have showers, bathtubs, hair dryers and magnifying mirrors. Two of the bathrooms include Jacuzzis. Laundry service is available.
The villa can be rented not only for vacation but also for weddings, luncheons, business meetings and photographic shoots.
Upon arrival at the resort, you will inform security that you are renting a villa. The resort will issue a pass which will allow you to have access to all the attractions of the club such as Minitas Beach Club, Altos de Chavon as well as allow you to go in and out of the resort. There is a fee for this. Adults are charged $25 per day per person and children up to the age of 15 are charged $10 per person per night. These are fees that the resort has established and that are non-negotiable.
