GENERAL INFORMATION: with free Wi-fi per fiber, and Smartv with NETFLIX, in the town of Concud (Teruel neighborhood), 5 minutes away. of the city is the rural house "BARRANCO LAS MARAVILLAS". A typical village house of the 40s completely restored, predominating materials such as stone and wood, with many items of the time (interesting for the knowledge of children), located in the center of the town next to the church.
The rural house "Barranco las Maravillas" offers you a different tourist accommodation, in a rural environment, with the comfort of a hotel and the peace and tranquility that only a small town can offer.

The capacity is 9 people, has 2 bathrooms with a large shower of 2 meters, equipped kitchen, living room, 4 double bedrooms, garden with barbecue, recreation room, games for children and adults.

The house has heating, television with NETFLIX, music chain, free Wi-fi with fiber, cradle available. In the garden area you can enjoy a beautiful mural of large dimensions made by a well-known Aragonese artist (Hugo).

Located five minutes from Teruel to enjoy the Mudéjar, Los Amantes, Dinópolis, and its festivals of the Medieval and La Vaquilla del Ángel. Half an hour from Albarracín, forty minutes from Rubielos de Mora and Mora de Rubielos (charming towns). The house has a beautiful large mural in the backyard made by a well-known Aragonese artist, through the village passes the greenway (ideal for hiking and mountain biking), you can enjoy the cuisine of the city of Teruel. Concud is a quiet rural neighborhood with the most important paleontological site in the world in its genre. In the streets of the neighborhood there are beautiful murals made by the residents of the town with the animals found in the deposit "BARRANCO DE LAS MARAVILLAS" (hence the name of the house). It is half an hour away from Albarracín, a National Monument town since 1961 and a Gold Medal to the merits in Fine Arts.

Très bon séjour à Concud

Vieille maison espagnole typique. Étage rénové confortable. Propriétaire sympathique et disponible. Beaucoup de choses très intéressantes à voir dans les environs.

Situado en un pueblo muy tranquilo y con mucho encanto, perfecto para conocer la zona y visitar Teruel a 10 min. Nosotros fuimos a Dinopolis, al río Guadalaviar y a Fuente cerrada. Dos parejas con niños y disfrutamos nosotros y ellos. La casa equipadisima para los 9, con cositas para los niños. Decoracion genial para los amantes de los dinos. Y Tere muy amable. Súper recomendable!!

Angenehmer Aufenthalt im Winter!

Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, es ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war hervorragend, trotz einiger Sprachbarrieren hat alles super geklappt. Vielen Dank nochmal und falls es die Arbeit erfordert, wird dieses Objekt wieder besucht!

In the patio-garden area, you will be delighted by a beautiful, large mural painted on the back wall, this piece of art was done by a well-known local Aragonés artist (Hugo).
