About this property

When entering the town by the main road and just turning the first bend the first thing that we find is the house of El Bulín de Braojos, which we have named Casa Marta in honor of our beloved grandmother who would have been very proud of us and I would have loved it. Casa Marta is a house of 3 floors of recent construction in which the most noble and typical materials of the area (wood, stone and tile) were used, all of them adapted to the requirements and needs of the most demanding public.

Pasamos un fin se semana muy agradable en familia. La casa es muy acogedora. Lo unico que creo que se podría mejorar es la limpieza de la casa, la terraza y algunas partes estaban un poco sucias y los colchones en algunas habitaciones estaban hundidos.

La casa está muy bien y tiene muchas habitaciones, lo único la comunicación en transporte público que es un poco pobre, pero la casa está genial

La casa es muy grande, con mucho espacio, la limpieza está muy bien, buen detalle en dejar utensilios para fregar nuevos. Pero no nos ha gustado que haya cámaras en el salón, escaleras y pasillo de las habitaciones ( comprendemos que se pongan cámaras pero mejor en las entradas de la casa ) Otro aspecto que no nos gusto, fue que no nos recibió nadie presencialmente, ya que te llaman por teléfono y se abre la puerta de forma automática. La calefacción de la parte de arriba no iba( la de la parte de abajo si, pero arriba no calentaban los radiadores). En general la casa bien, pero cambiaría lo de las cámaras, que te recibiría una persona, y que la calefacción hubiera funcionado en la Parte superior.

Perfecta casa en la sierra

La casa está muy bien, tiene exactamente todo lo mencionado en el anuncio. El disponer del patio con privacidad para comer y cenar, te da la vida. El pueblo es pequeño pero con mucho encanto, genial para salir a pasear a media tarde. La atención y trato de Marta fue maravilloso, adaptándose a nosotros y a nuestras necesidades. De 10.
