Lacks care annd attention to detail. Could be so much better

So two families (long term friends) with teenage kids holidaying together. The good stuff. Good number of rooms, plenty of bathrooms, gentle stroll to town centre and plenty of places to eat etc. but quiet enough as well. Decent sized living room, dining room and kitchen. Room for improvement. Random email a few days before the stay asking for personal IDs to be sent to a Hotmail email address. This is idiotically insecure in today’s world.Decking around the pool is uneven with loose panels. 2 twisted ankles from different points around the pool. Basically a law suit waiting to happen. Tiles for patio are extremely slippery when wet. Not great with the pool. Of the 4 sun loungers 2 are broken and can’t be used safelyOnly 6 seats around the patio table. Not enough for the 10 booked. In the kitchen no means to make hot water for drinks except a pan. We had to buy an electric kettle. No over mitts/clothes for taking hot items out of the overCoffee pot (great) has lost/broken handle so need gloves to use it. Using all hob rings and oven at same time tripped electric breaker. Lots and lots of blow flies. Broken slat on at least one bed. Front door handle doesn’t always fully open the door - safety risk in a fire. There are other smaller bits. No garlic press, blunt knives and no sharpener. No welcome pack of basics (milk, bread, butter are common) All in all good “bones” in the building but needs a little love and attention to be great.

Todo muy bien y muy exelente , las dos quejas que tenemos son los colchones de las camas y teniendo garaje tienes que dejar los coches fuera , fuimos 11 personas y los 11 coincidimos que nos gusto todo exepto los colchones.

La ubicación estupenda,la casa también, en toda la casa y para todas las habitaciones 1 solo secador, no lo especificaron, la calefacción muy fuerte en las habitaciones y la zona baja el último día descubrimos que hay que poner en el termostato función noche, una de las camas grandes era imposible dormir en ella x que hay un salvacolchones de plástico con un ruido infernal, algunas toallas súper gastadas, como había mas estancias vacías hicimos selección, la persona que nos atendió al llegar tenía mucha prisa , la atención x wapsap siempre al momento y muy correcta, en general bien pero pueden mejorar esos pequeños detalles, las excursiones estupendas y la zona también

Hemos estado 10 personas y la casa es increíble, espaciosa y poder disfrutar de la piscina y la barbacoa es una pasada. Hay que repetir. Trato muy agradable por parte de Oscar y Nelly.

Casa genial

Casa muy grande y muy bien equipada. La piscina y el jardín géniales. Todo perfecto. La casa está cerca del centro pero en una zona tranquila. Hemos tenido mucha calor (estuvimos en la casa en plena ola de calor) pero la casa seguía siento fresca y con la piscina hemos podido refrescarnos sin problema.

Bon séjour

Maison très agréable et spacieuse pour une grande famille. L'emplacement est idéale pour faire des balades et des activités pour tout âges. Par contre, il manque du mobilier d'extérieur, de la place pour manger tous ensemble (12 à 14) et il manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine. La piscine mériterait un nettoyage plus régulier (avec un robot par exemple)

Très belle maison : séjour très agréable

Très belle maison parfaitement adaptée pour 14 personnes, à proximité d’Andorre. La piscine est parfaite, le quartier très calme. La Seu d’Urgell est une Jolie petite ville espagnole : calme et peu touristique. La communication avec Oscar a été très facile tout au long de notre séjour.

Great House and quite place

pro: - Very nice house, many rooms incl individual bath rooms - communication via whatsapp easy - good location, quite place Con: - heating system was not working although cold outside, partially very cold in living room in ground floor so that we had to use other room in the roof (several request send to switch on, but not successful) - IDs have to be sent via whatsapp instead of check during check-in procedure although agreed differently (not acceptable from data security reason)

Una estancia molt bona!

Vam passar els dies de cap d'any amb familia a Casa Oscar i vam estar molt bé. La wifi no ens va funcionar i alguns dels matalassos són vells i incomodes pero la resta molt bé. Ben equipada, molt espai i situació perfecte. Tornarem!

Amplia y cómoda

La vivienda está muy bien, con baños en todas las habitaciones, confortable y amplia. La ubicación es buena, estando en el mismo pueblo y muy accesible a todos los servicios. Barbacoa y chimenea ideal. La zona de piscina y jardín está muy bien. Creo que en términos generales está muy bien y es muy recomendable.

UNA ESTANCIA GENIAL

ÉS UNA CASA ESPECTACULAR, MUY LÍMPIA, GRANDE, ACOJEDORA, UBICADA A LAS AFUERAS DE LA SEU, PERÓ A 10 MINUTOS DEL CENTRO, EL JARDÍN GENIAL CON LA PICINA. HEMOS ESTADO MUY A GUSTO Y LOS AMFITRIONES MUY ATENTOS, NOS PUSIERON UN LAVAPLATOS NUEVO EL SEGUNDO DÍA, PORQUÉ NO FUNCIONAVA BIEN EL QUE HABIA. ASÍ QUE, SI PODEMOS, SEGURO QUE REPETIREMOS.

Hermosa casa, pero…

Hemos estado 2 familias durante una semana, 12 personas en total. Hemos estado genial, la casa está muy bien. Hemos disfrutado mucho de la piscina y la barbacoa. La sala con futbolín de la buhardilla ha sido el campamento perfecto para los niños. Es un lujo que cada habitación tenga su propio baño. Pero hay algunos detalles que nos impiden puntuar al máximo: - El lavavajillas es lento, y ruidoso y no para de pitar durante todo el lavado, no importa el programa seleccionado. - En la cocina el utillaje es escaso, ollas y sartenes bien, pero el resto se queda corto. - Lo que más nos ha desilusionado, no poder juntarnos los 12 en las comidas. Ni en el comedor ni en la terraza hay sitio para 12. Hemos tenido que desayunar, comer y cenar separados niños y adultos y es una pena. En definitiva, a pesar de algún pero la estancia ha sido muy buena y hemos disfrutado de la casa.

Excelente lugar

Hemos estado 5 noches en esta casa maravillosa , muy cómoda, muy limpia, muy acogedora, muy bien ubicada los 11. Una gran estancia ! Los anfitriones nos recibieron muy amablemente y habían decorado la casa para Navidad, todo un detalle que agradecemos mucho! Disfrutamos a tope esos días y volveremos !! La casa está perfectamente equipada y puesta con mucho cuidado y cariño para formar parte de unas inolvidables vacaciones en familia o con amigos. Gracias por compartirla!!
