It's situated in a meadow between the ancient celtiberian village Aratikos and the village Aranda de Moncayo, in the nord East of Spain. The Aranda river flowingnin different riverbeds around the intense estate. The estate offers a wide variety of leisure or resting places where to enjoy nature in its pure state in a quiet and peacefull environnement. You may enjoy all this, with the beautiful and original OST played by the sound of water in mouvement, the wind and the trees mixed with the tweets of the various spicies of birds that live amoung the vegetation in the surroundings. A natural concert every sunset.

Auténtica casa rural
Fuimos 3 matrimonios con un total de 7 hijos entre 8 y 15 años. La casa es auténtica en todos los sentidos.... una verdadera casa rural. Es un antiguo molino, apartado del pueblo, lo que le da otro punto más a favor, porque está todo más tranquilo y no se molesta a nadie cuando los niños están un poco alborotados. Está muy cerca de varios senderos, con excursiones muy fáciles de realizar -aunque no muy bien señalizados-. A la casa no le falta de nada, y se agradece la parte anexa para hacer comidas... se estaba de maravilla siendo 13 personas. Ah: no hay tele... ¡¡ni falta que le hace!! A mejorar el tema de poder hacer barbacoa, para lo que necesita una pequeña obra en la ubicación de la actual,

Entorno muy agradable
Hemos pasado en Molino del Batán el fin de Semana de Noche vieja un grupo de amigos. En total 6 adultos y 6 niños. La casa está en un entorno muy bonito alejada del pueblo...lo que la hace más auténtica. Hemos estado muy agusto en ella. Es muy acogedora. Los propietarios muy amables. Solamente nos ha faltado poder disfrutar de su exterior; espacioso y tranquilo...ya que para estas fechas el frío no nos lo ha permitido. Si podemos volver alguna vez lo haremos en verano.
