There is a restaurant on site and the property is within walking distance of a number of other eating establishments. There is also a beach just a few yards from the property. For those with their own boat, there is a marina where you can reserve a mooring.



The Space:

This Golfo Gabella apartment rental is furnished in a modern and contemporary style and is located on the second floor of the building.



It has two double bedrooms. There are also two bathrooms, both with shower, sink, bidet and toilet. There is a washing machine in one of the bathrooms for your convenience.



Finally, there is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is well equipped with coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob and large fridge / freezer. There is a dining table seating six. The living and kitchen area has a bold colour scheme using contrasting red, black and white blocks of colour.



Outside, this Golfo Gabella apartment rental has a large private corner shaped terrace, equipped with table and chairs. This is ideal for al fresco dining. However, there is also some more relaxed seating around a coffee table. The terrace enjoys excellent views of the lake and the swimming pools. It is the perfect spot to watch the sun setting each evening.



Please note that there is a compulsory energy fee of 68 euros per stay which is to be paid locally in cash on arrival.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the apartment and private terrace. Guests also share the communal facilities with the other residents staying in the apartment complex. These include the swimming pool, children's pool and jacuzzi.



The Neighborhood:

Maccagno is a popular lakeside town boasting a number of restaurants, bars and cafes all within walking distance of this Golfo Gabella apartment rental including the all important ice cream shop! There is also a supermarket within a few minutes walk where you can stock up on any supplies needed during your stay.



The nearest restaurant is on site whilst the second closest is just a few metres in the other direction but there are a number of others within a five to ten minute walk.



There is also a helpful tourist information office within the town if you need any information about what to see and do in the area.



This Golfo Gabella apartment rental is situated just across from a lakeside beach area which is popular with the locals. The lake is wonderful to swim in. It's also near to tennis courts and volleyball courts. Bike and boat rental is available on site and there is a water sports centre a short walk away.



Getting Around:

A car is not necessary as everything is within easy walking distance, including the boat stop where guests can access all the other towns and villages on the lake. There is a restaurant and cafe on site as well as plenty of other restaurants within walking distance. The train station is also easily accessible from the apartment. Trains go direct from here to Milan Malpensa airport. Or we can help organise taxi transfers.



Other Things to Note:

There are a number of apartments to choose from in this popular lakeside complex but this is one of our favourites. Privately owned, it is stylishly furnished and has a superbly well-positioned terrace overlooking the pool and across to the lake.
