The Blue apartment is located in a villa located a few minutes from Cefalù near Sant'Ambrogio, a delightful village located on one of the most beautiful sea areas of the Cefaludian coast just outside the bustle of the center. The house has the advantage of being located in a spectacular natural environment, not isolated from other houses, within the Madonie park and at the same time close to the most beautiful beaches in the area (about 5 minutes by car) and the main services. Clean and well furnished, it has a large panoramic terrace with barbeque where you can relax and eat as well as a swimming pool immersed in a tree-lined terrain from which to admire the fortress and the bay of Cefalù.(entrance living room-kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms terrace). A few meters from the apartment there is a WWF center (Serra Guarneri) which organizes magnificent walking excursions in the woods nearby. Ideally located for discovering much of the region. Linen included in the price. Check-in: from 3.00 pm Check-out: before 10.00 am.

Schöne Lage aber...

Zufahrt grenzwertig. Die ganze Wohnung riecht muffig modrig. Support auch nicht optimal. Insgesamt nicht empfehlenswert.

This is the only review that speaks of mold. Unfortunately there was a problem with the bathroom upstairs. This is the reason for the humidity. The problem is now solved. I'm sorry for the inconvenience

Positiv: - die Location sieht wirklich genau so schön aussieht, wie die Fotos versprechen - der Ausblick in die Bucht von Céfalu ist extrem schön - ringsrum keinerlei Bebauung - Nachts ein super Sternenhimmel - problemlose Abwicklung der Schlüsselübergabe mit Antonio, der einen auch mit seinem Roller hoch zur Location begleitet - Antonio reinigt den Swimming-Pool jeden Tag - nette Restaurants direkt in Sant Ambrogio und Céfalu - gute Anbindung für Tagestrips nach Osten, Westen und Süden Negativ: - die Fahrt hoch auf den Berg ist nichts für Anfänger, zumal die Zufahrt zur Ferienwohnung ein enger Feldweg ist. Wir fanden es zwar recht witzig und fühlten uns wie Rallyfahrer, aber komfortabel ist es nicht - die Ferienwohnung ist recht feucht und hat leichten Schimmelbefall - Handtücher und feuchte Klamotten sollte man raus hängen, sonst riechen sie schnell muffig - Fenster mussten dauerhaft geöffnet bleiben, da sonst die Wohnung muffig roch - selbst ungetragene Kleidung war durch die Feuchtigkeit irgendwann klamm - nächtlicher Besuch von Füchsen und Wildschweinen durch fehlende Umzäunung - ständig wechselnde und teils laute Nachbarn. Wir dachten, dass wir dort alleine wären Fazit: wahnsinnig schöne Location, die ich für bis zu einer Woche empfehlen kann, aber ohne Zaun nicht nochmals buchen würde, da ich die Wildschwein-Situation bei der wir auf dem Weg vom Auto zur Wohnung angeknurrt wurden, schon eher brenzlich fand. Auch die Feuchtigkeit fand ich nach 2 Wochen recht unangenehm.

Remote and stunning location yet close to village and town.

The apartment is in a stunning setting surrounded by trees and overlooking the sea. It is close to the traditional Sicilian Village de Sant Ambrogio and only 6 miles from Cefalu. The apartment has a lovely patio and pool area so you can relax and enjoy the outdoor spaces. Danielle and Antonio were great hosts and gave us great advice on where to go. We had a peaceful and relaxing stay here and would recommend for its beauty, remoteness yet accessibility to the village and town.

Eine sympathische einfache Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick

Wir hatte das ganze Areal des Grundstücks für uns und einen hervorragenden Blick aufs Meer und den Felsen von Cefalu. Man muss allerdings sagen, dass der Weg zu der Ferienwohnung etwas für mutige Autofahrer ist.

Superaussicht

Wir haben unseren zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt in der Casa Tesauro sehr genossen. Vor allem die Aussicht auf Cefalu hat uns immer wieder fasziniert. Zum Morgenessen und zum Abendessen konnten wir diese jeweils in vollen Zügen geniessen. In der Küche hat es, was es braucht, Schlaf- und Kinderzimmer sind einfach eingerichtet, aber ok. Die Ruhe hier oben ist einfach wunderbar!

Lieu magnifique avec une vue imprenable sur la mer! Un havre de paix! Appartement propre et agréable

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances chez Daniele Tesauro, hôte très serviable et gentil. L'appartement est propre et très bien équipé et parfait pour des vacances au calme. La piscine est superbe, la vue sur le golfe splendide. La plage en dessous de Sant Ambroggio est bien agréable et moins bondée qu'à Cefalu (un vrai plus pour la sicile!) et le village est plein de charme, avec un bar et deux restos sympas. Il faut absolument une voiture pour se déplacer. Nous recmmandons vivement cette location! ! !

Sehr schönes Quartier im Naturschutzgebiet

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche hier. Der Vermieter ist äußerst freundlich und bemüht, dass sich die Gäste wohlfühlen. Der Ausblick ist grandios. Man hat hier seine Ruhe in unberührter Natur. Gerne wieder.

We arrived lathe at night. Even though it was mid-night, Salvatore's father came to meet us ( on his scooter) in the small square of St. Ambrogio to guide us up the hillside to the villa. The apartment is clean and tidy and there are tremendous views from the terrace. The villa is set in large grounds with olive trees and the sound of bird song is all around. It is an ideal situation if you prefer peace and quiet. There is a little restaurant and bar in the small village of Saint Ambrogio below and plenty of bars/restaurants in Cefalu which is only twenty minutes away by car. You do need a car if you stay here.

Schöne Aussicht, ruhige Lage, mäßiger Comfort

Die Ferienwohnung ist nur mit dem Auto über steile Straßen zu erreichen. Abgesehen vom Abendlichen Hundekonzert ist es eine ausgesprochen ruhige Lage mit super Aussicht. Für die abendlichen Mücken sollte man vorsorgen. Die Vermieter sind unkompliziert. Beide Ferienwohnungen sind direkt nebeneinander. Wir hatten nette Nachbarn, und insofern hat uns die Hellhörigkeit nicht gestört. Die Inneneinrichtung hat aber doch mehr den Charme einen Campinghütte. Ich fand die Sitzmöbel unbequem und der Aussentisch wackelte und man konnte die Beine nicht bequem darunter stellen. Da wir nur ein paar tage dort waren war das okay. Für eine Woche oder gar 2 Wochen hätte mich es genervt. Insgesamt ganz ordentlich, Abstriche an der Ausstattung dafür ein toller Garten mit Pool und super Aussicht. Die Anreise sollte mindestens 1 Stunde früher sein!

Herrliche Aussicht von Pool und Terrasse

Es wurde nicht zu viel versprochen! Der Ausblick vom Pool und der Terrasse waren grandios. Der Pool ist zwar nicht groß, ist aber ausreichend zum Abkühlen und um Bahnen zu schwimmen. Für kleine Kinder ist er nicht so gut geeignet, da es keinen Flachwasserbereich gibt und springen vom Rand nicht erlaubt ist. Wir waren mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern dort und konnten die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sehr genießen. In der Villa gibt es 2 Ferienwohnungen, sodass wir uns nicht ganz so einsam fühlten. Die Wohnung ist nett und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Als es Probleme mit dem Internet und dem Fernseher gab (die Batterie der Fernbedienung waren leer), kam Antonio umgehend und behob die Fehler! Wir würden jederzeit wieder in Casa Tesauro Urlaub machen, denn auch die Umgebung mit dem kleinen Dorf Sant´ Ambrogio und dem Urlaubsort Cefalu mit Traumstrand und viel Geschichte haben uns sehr gefallen.

Vraiment Magnifique!

5 stelle? On dit comme ça n'est-ce-pas? Vacances merveilleuses. Un endroit magique, des couchers de soleil incroyables accompagnés du vin sicilien.... promenade à la montagne ou descendre sur le littoral? à quelques centaines de mètres il y a ce petit patelin Sant'Ambrogio devant le belvedere ce petit bar ou tu discutes avec tout le monde.... La maison est vraiment chouette, Piscine et paysage des madonies fantastiques, Daniele et Antonio, nos contacts sont sympas et dynamiques sont deux amours , je conseille vivement!

Wunderschöner Ausblick

Wir verbrachten 2 sehr schöne Wochen in dem Appartment. In dem Haus sind 2 ähnliche Appartments mit jeweils eigener Terrasse. Der Pool und die ganze Anlage sind gut gepflegt und man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick aufs Meer und den Felsen von Cefalu. Die Touristenhochburg Cefalu kann einen schon ganz schön erschlagen - aber umso mehr kann man sich dann im Ferienhaus wieder entspannen und ausruhen. Vermieter Daniele und Allround-Genie Antonio sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und lieferten uns wertvolle Tipps, die nicht im Reiseführer standen! Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist - wie man es von italienischen Ferienanlagen eben gewohnt ist- etwas turbulent und steil. Das Haus liegt erhöht in einem waldigen Gebiet, in der Nähe des kleinen Dörfchens Sant'Ambrogio. Perfekt zum Auspannen! Nach einer Woche wurden Handtücher- und Bettzeug anstandslos gewechselt. Vielen Dank an Daniele und Antonio für den schönen Urlaub :)

Belle vue mais des points à revoir

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette maison séparée en 2 locations dont la terrasse est commune simplement séparée par une clôture en paille et quelques plantes. Un autre appartement se situe au-dessus de ces 2 locations. Ce qui n'est pas mentionné dans le descriptif...D'ailleurs aucune photo de l'ensemble des locations (vue extérieure) n'est visible dans le descriptif. L'endroit peut être calme si chaque locataire respecte la tranquillité des autres...Nous n'avons pas eu de chance de ce côté... Le confort et l'équipement sont moyens (changer le canapé par exemple), mais la literie est bonne. cette location est prévue pour 5 mais je ne sais pas où dort la cinquième personne ? Un peu plus de vaisselle (surtout les couverts serait apprécié). A noter, le chemin d'une trentaine de mètres pour arriver sur les lieux est très endommagé. Des points positifs tout de même : situé à 300 m au-dessus du niveau de la mer, nous avons apprécié l'air surtout en août et n'avons pas souffert de la chaleur. La vue est magnifique ! Nous saluons Antonio le "technicien" venu tous les jours entretenir la piscine et disponible rapidement si besoin. De plus, il parle français et a beaucoup d'humour.

ça aurait pu le faire, si seulement...

Alors c’est vrai la vue est magnifique, le terrain et la piscine sympa. Sauf que : la plateforme de l’échelle pour descendre à la piscine était cassée, des papiers et une éponge trainaient dans le jardin. La maison est en fait à deux niveaux. Au-dessus le logement des propriétaires et en dessous deux appartements, convenables en location, si ce n’est que les chambres n’ont pas de fenêtres donnant sur l’extérieur mais des ouvertures en tunnel donnant sur le sol de la terrasse des propriétaires derrière la maison. On a l’impression de dormir au fond d’un garage. Le canapé dans le salon a plus que vécu. Les murs si fins entre les deux appartements en location que l’on entend tout (!) des voisins. Pas de climatisation, mais un ventilateur pour tout l’appartement. Pas de machine à laver à disposition, il faut contacter le propriétaire par téléphone qui appelle une employée qui vient à la location le samedi, prend le linge et vous le rend à étendre. Le linge de maison est changé tous les samedis. Cela fait 6 ans que nous passons nos congés en Sicile et avons liés de forts liens avec des familles. C’est la première année que nous décidions de rester 3 semaines dans la même location afin de profiter au maximum des relations avec cette famille sicilienne dont on nous avait tant vanté l’accueil dans les avis. Quelle déception ! Un employé nous a accompagné le soir à la location et ne l’avons jamais revu. Un autre employé était délégué à la piscine, mais il venait le matin à 7 heures et passait en coup de vent. Nous avons tout de même eu l’occasion de lui parler l’avant dernier jour de notre séjour ! Aucun contact avec la famille propriétaire si ce n’est par sms lorsque nous avions des besoins. Un week-end une dizaine de personnes sont venues faire la fête, mais personne n’est venu nous saluer…peut-être étaient-ce les propriétaires ?? Nous n’avons pas découvert ce fameux berger, eu aucun conseil sur la région, rien ! Seuls au monde si ce n’est, se retrouver entre Français qui avaient loué l’autre appartement !…

merci pour les conseils du canapé, en fait, il était mon intention de le changer. L'échelle de la piscine a été immédiatement remplacé. Je veux juste souligner que si je suis dans la villa je suis très heureux de conseiller mes invités comme il ressort de nombreux témoignages. En outre, comme precisé sur le site, je ne propose pas un service de guide turistique pour lesquels il existe d'autres formes de logement.

Super séjour en famille

Coup de cœur !

Cet endroit est vraiment magnifique !! La maison se trouve dans un petit coin campagne fraîche et calme, trés sympa pour faire des ballades. Face à l'appartement il y a la baie de Céfalu et la mer rien que pour nous ! La plage est à 5 min en contre bas et Cefalu à 15 min. Il y a même un piscine avec vue sur la mer! L'appartement est simple, confortable et joli. Sant'Ambrogio est un petit village escarpé aux ruelles sinueuses, on y trouve une épicerie, un bar et une pizzeria sympa, c'est a quelques minutes à pied de la maison. Et la cerise sur le gâteau était l’accueil ! Le propriétaire était aux petits soins, toujours disponible pour nous conseiller et à la fois discret. Bref nous sommes tombés amoureux de ce lieu !!! Alors excellente vacances aux prochains locataires !

Une vue somptueuse

L'atout essentiel de cette location (située à une vingtaine de minutes de Cefalu) est sa situation sur les premiers contreforts du massif des Madonies, parc naturel protégé.Pour la rejoindre depuis la route du littoral il faut compter dix bonnes minutes sur une petite route cabossée et sinueuse mais cela en vaut la peine. De la terrasse, on jouit d'une vue magnifique sur le golfe de Cefalu. Belle promenades à pied aux alentours et bon point de départ pour visiter les villages perchés (Castelbuono, Gangi, Sopralie, Sperlanga). L’appartement est simple mais très propre. Il manque un four, une grille-pain et une bouilloire. Attention cependant : il y a deux locations identiques cote-à-cote et les terrasses mitoyennes ne sont séparées que par une clôture de canisses. Heureusement nos voisins étaient très discrets (comme nous).
