Four-room apartment with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
Excellent value for money for this holiday home in Maremma with swimming pool. The apartment on 2 levels has a private outdoor veranda with table, chairs and bbq, living room with complete kitchenette and sofa for satellite TV, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower; on the first floor 2 more double bedrooms and another bathroom with tub. Swimming pool and restaurant a few meters from the apartment. Inside a country resort with peace and tranquility but only 7 km away from the beaches. Inside the property 2 restaurants, breakfast room, 3 swimming pools, bike rental point to leave and pedal in complete tranquility to the Maremma Natural Park. Just 2 km large shopping center and sports center with padel and tennis courts where private lessons are also possible. The historic center of Grosseto is only 4 km away.
